I loved the ambience, the courteous, friendly yet professional assistant. I didnt have to wait long although my visit was briefer than I expected.

Dr Bopanna, and her team are very helpful and kind. They are professional yet treat patients with a lot of care.

Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.He will never call back and talk unprofessionally.

Dr. Boppana is my Primary Care Physician and I have visited her clinic multiple times during the last 4 years. My experience with her has always been great!

We have had a very long term experience with this facility and the Doctor. We sincerely appreciate the selfless, committed services of the Doctor and responsive Staff in the Office. She behaved in a very creepy manner towards me then proceeded to discuss in great length my multivitamin use in paragraphs after the fact concerning calcium and caffeine intake, weaponized to start a dialogue with my other doctors which I listed for to have a record on file. Not recommended staff is unfriendly and they don’t really call back after claiming they do. finally when I spoke with someone for my dads appointment who went there recently the guys response was. “He has only been here once and the doctor says she only take patients who come in regularly.”

Dr. Sita is extremely professional. She is the best doctor I have come across since childhood in terms of communicating with you and understanding your health problems and finding the right cure for it or recommending to the right doctor. Half of the pain gets cured just by the way she talks to you with care and affection. I highly recommend Dr. Sita and I am glad I found the right PCP for me and my family. I contacted the office of Dr. Sita on Wednesday by using their online contact option due to them being closed to set up an appointment on Thursday or Saturday. It stated someone would contact me within the next 48 hours. Offices never seem to follow-up so I called the next day (Thursday) again inquiring about making an appointment, provided my insurance provider & what my medical concerns were that needed to be addressed. The receptionist asked if I had a primary doctor already — not sure why that was his business but I stated my purpose of calling was to find a better primary doctor to address my concerns. He then stated he would talk to someone to see if they could actually help me with the issues I was having & that he would call me back in an hour or less. It is now Saturday, March 2 & I have yet to hear back from them. Might I add as an office who has a doctor who is considered a primary doctor who specializes in internal medicine there is no reason why she could not address my internal problems. What is the point of being a doctor in internal medicine but can’t help patients with internal medical issues? With that being said, I am hoping no one else encounters this situation. Getting in was quick and easy as a walk in at 7am on a Saturday. The gentleman at the front was nice and helpful. The actual visit took a little longer than expected which the gentleman did explain to us that Saturday's are normally busier but when the doctor came in we were out in less than 5 minutes and all she did was listen at the chest and lungs to determine an infection. The antibiotic she provided is a strong antibiotic so I am relieve of that since the diagnosis was a Bronchitis infection. Usually, the doctor suggest steroids with antibiotics, so I hope we don't have to go back just for steroids. I was very surprised when she offered A FLU SHOT to a already sick person. Thankfully, I was there with my child to say no. I have always been told by my doctors never take a flu shot while sick. Getting in was quick and easy as a walk in at 7am on a Saturday.
