Dr. Simona V. Pautler

This review comes 8 months after having breast reduction surgery because I wanted to give enough time to give an all-around review from start to finish. To say Dr. Paulter changed my life seems a little dramatic, but it could not be more true. Dr. Pautler is the best surgeon you could choose and her work is exceptional. She is meticulous throughout the entire process and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is also amazing to work with and they make the process as smooth as possible. After 8 months, everything is still looking perfect and I could not be more happy with choosing Dr. Pautler as my surgeon. If anything, I wish I would not have waited so long to make this decision! I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation and feel confident in that recommendation. Should I ever need anything else done, I will undoubtedly go to her again.

I saw Dr. Pautler in November for a breast augmentation, and i could not be happier with my results. This was something i had considered for ten years, and finally bit the bullet. I wish i did it ten years ago! If I decide to get more surgery no doubt in my mind I'm coming back!! From the office staff, to the pre and post op care, I felt completely at ease and in good hands. Thank you Dr. Pautler and staff !! You are the best!!!!!

From the moment I walked in the office I knew i was where I belonged. The office staff was so welcoming. . As soon as I met Dr. Pautler I knew she was the surgeon for me . At 56 I was ready to look and feel better about myself. Breast lift and a little liposuction on those stubborn areas was what I was looking for. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel totally comfortable. I’m now 7 weeks out and so happy I chose Dr. Pautler , she is a true surgical artist and genuinely kind person. Nurse Nicole, Cara and Darlene were also so nice and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend !!

When Dr. Pautler was recommended to me, I didn't realize I'd be under the care of a plastic surgeon but also an artist. I am just shy of 3 most post-breast augmentation and Dr. Pautler delivered exactly what I wanted to achieve- my results are absolutely beautiful and better than I dared to hope. From the very first consultation, I felt comfortable. Dr. Pautler and everyone that works at her office were so kind and welcoming. I never felt rushed or like I had too many questions (and I had a ton!). Talking with Dr. Pautler made me feel very at ease about the procedure; she is so easy to talk to and so down to earth and approachable, yet brilliant and so very talented at what she does. I will recommend her to anyone that will listen!

My journey with Dr Pautler was years in the making. I first came to her shortly after the birth of my last child and we discussed that I should wait to proceed with any procedure until I had lost as much weight as possible— that was a couple of years wait— and she was a cheerleader all the way. My mom-makeover surgery was in August of 2021 and she was able to repair my abdominal as well. I cannot be more thrilled with my results; her staff/team and attention to detail was more than I had expected. Dr. Pautler was the 2nd surgeon I went to see because the first doctor didn’t make me feel comfortable—since my surgery, I have sent several friends to see her as I would trust anyone with her. Most people may want to keep to themselves any surgery they have; however, I praise Dr. Pautler and what she has done for me any any opportunity. I did not go into this to move the number on the scale (honestly i am not one to weigh myself) but to make my body feel good with all the working out I do….and she has done just that! Best office staff ! Extremely professional ! But , most importantly , she is an artist , her work , her ability to make you feel comfortable and build trust and then to execute such amazing results . I was such a chicken going in , but , now , I see how it can be addicting . Just a small tweak can make you feel so much better about yourself !

I second everything my wife says here. I am so happy that I had Dr. Pautler do my procedure. She was recommended by my gynecologist and she did not disappoint. She was wonderful from the consult to my surgery and afterwards. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable. I wasn’t uneasy at all the day of my eyelid surgery. I looked tired and old for so long, and now I love the eyes of the woman looking back at me in the mirror. I just wish I had done this earlier. She walked me through every detail of the procedure, showed me an extensive gallery of before & after photos and answered every question I asked. She was positive and pleasant the entire time we worked together. Dr. Pautler and her staff are fantastic. The women in this office made me feel so comfortable. I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation and couldn’t be happier. After going through years of infertility and pregnancies, my body changed drastically. I didn’t recognize myself anymore. I had a Tummy Tuck with no muscle repair or lip on 5/8 performed by Dr. Paulter. Not only are my results outstanding, she as a doctor and human being is phenomenal. Her staff is just as helpful and kind. I highly recommend her!

Had abdominoplasty performed with poor results. Had different expections and was told results would be different than what they are. Not an honest provider. Do not recommend. Very poor follow up and doesn't listen to concerns.
