Everything there is perfect! I have nothing negative to say about my experience and the women that took care of me. The only problem I have is how high priced everything is. I'm considering having a few treatments but not all.

Excellent service, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly! We love our first round results and look forward to the results from the second. Zoe, Michelle and Dr. Simon are amazing! Thank you!

The results were amazing , as I expected from Dr. Outian who is the best in the entire world in this area. The fillers made me look much younger but still natural. Dr. Ourian is an artist and is remarkable in anything to he does. He is very humble and very kind and keeps talking to his patients with warmth and very smart. He is dedicated to his patients and to making them happy with the results. Dr. Ourian always speaks with his patients with warming and genuine care to ease any stress they might have. The office staff, as always, were very nice, very professional and very courteous. They always give me the best experience. I will definitely go back to finish up my treatment.

I come to Simon for his quality of work and expertise. He was able to achieve what I could not get anywhere else. It's an artwork for sure and he knows exactly where someone needs filler placed to create balance and enhance someone's beauty:)

Epione was a beautiful scheduling and office experience. Email correspondance was prompt and attentive which made a strong positive first impression. The office location has plenty of public parking nearby and I was relieved to hear upon arrival that the office also offers its own private parking. Everything was super good, the ladies brought me a cappuccino, and the medical assistant offered me some lunch that was super nice of her to do.

From the welcoming at the door to the consultation with the nurse until I met the most humble and kind Dr. Simon, their hospitality was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations as a newcomer. Having came in for a consultation, I was thrilled to know that I would be doing the famous Cool Laser treatment to kick things off for the year. It was the ultimate experience in terms quality; the cleanliness of the space, knowledge of the staff, comfort of the Doctor and having all questions answered. The session was very smooth with numbing cream to start, not more than a 10 minute process and then cool down. Am a big believer in the aftermath care of the skin i.e post treatment regimen. How best to top off the experience than with a complete Epione line of products in addition to subscription creams that would last for more than the next 6 months. The results have been wonderful!

It was an easy and fast process. Mostly painless. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Once I got in the room, everything was fabulous including the results. The time before the appointment left much to be desired.

Worst most awful dr in Beverly Hills.

Prices are ridiculous compared to the outcome .You may have a full face lift surgery with the same prices as the fillers he use which are not special.

Top notch staff and customer service. Best doctor ever. Doctor Simon is kind, personable, talented, smart and a true artist. Business is impeccably run. A few years ago after my first visit, I may have had some suggestions, but after this visit I cannot think of anything else they could have done to make my experience any better. I went to see Doctor Simon because I wanted to improve my under eye circles. I trusted him because he is a well known “dermatologist” of the celebrities. He charged me a total of almost 10k for the treatment with included coolaser in the eyes and fillers plus some creams which contained hydroquinone and kojic acid to lighten the skin around my eyes. The treatment that he provided only improved around 30 % and lasted aproximately 2 weeks. I am really disappointed. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Ourian, I’m a doctor and I have spend over 10k in one visit. I didn’t see a change, what a waste of money. Him and his team don’t care about their patients, they only care about collecting your money upfront and they make sign away all your rights of something goes wrong. Please be careful.

So during my consultation, I wasn't forced to sign anything, which I am happy about. Now considering signing up because I can feel that they care about my skin, not just about my check.

Epione is one of the best places in Beverly Hills. I love the treatments from facials, lasers to a range of other non-evasive procedures. If you want the very best in BH this is the place to go.

Everyone in the know of what's in and what's not surely knows about this place. Of course I had to try it out. I didn't get served cookies, but I got madelines which is also fine. My coffee came with latte artwok which I love (and posted on Instagram). Love the experience!

The clinic Epione is already a tourist spot in Beverly Hills, I tell you! I take a photo outside and my friends just know what the building is behind me already hahahaha. They were intrigued to know that I actually came in for a consultation here. Next time they are coming with me and getting treatments.

My experience with Dr. Ourian and his team have been fantastic. I’m beyond happy with my results. Originally, I came in feeling tired and looking tired after my mother’s passing. I thought it would help if I didn’t look so tired and sad. The end result was more than that for me. Dr. Ourian and his entire staff is just wonderful. I’ve gone in multiple times for minor procedures and he takes the time to discuss and answer any questions you may have, no matter how busy they may be. Just went and saw Dr. Simon Ourian on Tuesday and got the non-surgical nose job. I had a bump on my nose that I thought I would need surgery for and he was able to show me what he could do the non-surgical way. He is a true magician and to make it better he added filler under my eyes to reduce the size of my nose even more. Revian Chang one of his nurses had referred me to him and I'm so happy I went to him! She and all the other nurses/assistants were so nice and so helpful too and make you feel so welcomed! It started with a phone call to schedule my consultation. Lady on the phone was very friendly. Then came my consultation day, Reyna was truly amicable. It was a nurse who did my procedure but I am not complaining at all. Loved every bit of my time in the clinic. Very happy customer.

Dr Ourian is extremely knowledgeable and after seeing several top doctors about my eye, he was able to offer non-invasive solutions, which was amazing. His office and staff are also friendly and were accommodating when I had to reschedule at the last minute. Highly recommend.

Extremely rude and unprofessional doctor. Has no knowledge whatsoever. Dr. Ourian injected my under eye area with supposedly fillers that he said would last for 5 years (turns out it’s a scam and he says this to all his patients to make them think that they are getting something special that no one else offers). The way he injected me was as if he was handling a pack of meat. He has no bedside manners and treats patients like numbers. The only thing he cares about is the money. I don’t understand all the hype over this doctor and his clinic. I paid so much money for a procedure that was done so poorly. Do not waste your time and money there. Go to a professional board certified plastic surgeon that will treat you the way you need to be treated.

First off all I NEVER met the doctor even though l was told over the phone that he'd see me....Second, they PROMISED me at least 20% improvement with Coolaser and charged me $7,000 but I didn't see ANY results! - there was 0% improvement! ... (Trust me, if I even saw 5% improvement I wouldn't write this review)... Coolaser also promisses a full refund to patients but when I contacted him, the doctor simply ignored me. I Live 300 miles away and for someone willing to travel for a procedure I must say.... This office is all bad business. Unethical practices. Rhea C. Rilloraza emails me to schedule an appointment and refuses to provide price information LOL. I ask for procedure pricing or a ball park estimate of costs for laser hair removal services and she says you have to come in the office first. She didn’t even tell me it’s $500 dollars for a consultation and asks me to schedule without this important information. Everyone has a right to know the pricing of procedures prior to an outlandish consult fee. What bad business ethic. That’s how scammers operate not doctor offices. I will be reporting their facility to the CA board of health. What an Unprofessional office. You don’t get to steal someone’s 500 dollars first before telling them the price will be a couple grand not everyone can pay that much and the only way I’m guessing the price at a couple grand is because I just found a review of someone who shows the prices!!! 20k really. I had gotten Botox previously by another physician which didn’t turn out very well with one eyebrow higher then the other. Dr. Ourian made sure to abolish my deep lines across my forehead AND my gnarly migraine! To keep it short and sweet. He is the BEST! Not to mention the entire staff is beyond attentive, affable and very polite. You will not be disappointed!
