I called this morning regarding my son’s referral for his X-ray follow up appt before his surgery this Wednesday. I spoke with Dominic P. and she was very rude to me and kept talking over me. We love Dr. Vicente but management really needs to work on hiring more friendly and helpful staff. Dominic didn’t care to listen to my urgent request nor did she care. She’s an amazing doctor. Really good at what she does. I use MyChart to communicate so I don’t have to call or come in if it’s not necessary. She’s been my 9yr olds dr for around 5 years and she’s my 2yr olds dr since birth. Wonderful lady and doctor.

The staff very rude they have bad attitudes and act like they don’t like African American individuals didn’t like my experience at all !

Let's just say some of the staff don't care if they inconvenience your schedule you think they would help you out by squeezing you in ASAP at the same time scheduled...But there was one of the staff that was very nice and helped me out when they originally cancelled my daughters appointment.

Great Dr. would highly recommend her. To the ones that have an emergency health condition with there children should go to the ER that’s what that place is for . One should not get offended that she can’t squeeze you in. Especially with COVID-19 going on. No need to throw out the race card????. And as far as the girls behind the window, yes I have had a couple that seemed like they didn’t want to be there or weren’t the most personable person. But if it bothers you that much, then tell the Dr. when you go in . Great Dr. would highly recommend her. Dr. Vicente has been an amazing Dr for my children and we are very thankful for her. She is always patient and willing to take our wants into consideration. There hasn't been a time she hasn't addressed a medical need appropriately.

Dr. Vicente was wonderful for both of my kids. She really takes her time to understand the family history. Can't recommend her enough.

The office staff are very rude...

This office is horrible!!! My son is 9 months old and I have had nothing but issues with this place from the beginning. My son has a severe rash to the point where it’s scabbing and bleeding and when I called to get it in sometime this week they told me I would have to call back each day and not even have a guaranteed to get in because they only have “same day” appointments. Sorry, but I just told you my infant needs medical attention and you are basically telling me it’s a gamble if I will get in! UNBELIEVABLE! This office is horrible!!! She’s seen both of our kids since they were born and she’s been nothing less than exceptional. A no-nonsense kind of doctor any parent can appreciate.

We've been with dr. Vicente for 7 years and she's been wonderful. Always attentive and able to solve our children's medical needs.

My children have been under Dr. Vicente’s care since birth and she has been a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Vicente would not treat my son for his mild ADHD symptoms. He has been on the same medication with much success for 7 years, but this doctor would not prescribe the medication he has been on because she doesn't feel like that particular medication works so she did not feel comfortable prescribing it. She also ordered over $1400 of (pretty much unnecessary) blood tests, without even a thought to tell me how expensive it would be, or giving me options of other places to go to get the bloodwork done, like an outpatient lab. The staff acted like I was dumb when I asked where I could get the bloodwork done and acted as if the hospital was the only option. After the fact, I found out otherwise. I am very disappointed of her.My daughter had fever ,cough and runny nose,when she checked her first she didnt spend.enough tume checking her ,than she said she is all good,no ear infection,the chest sound good,but next day my daughter had even more fever ,I took her to emergency and sure enough she had infection on both ears
