He is very concerned and courteous. I went to three doctors before I found Dr. Schnell. He gave the best service I could ask for. I might have lost my leg if it was not for the doctor and his staff. I highly recommend their staff.

I called to schedule an appointment last week, and I was told that a scheduler would call. As of today, I hadn’t heard from anyone. I decided to call and see if I could schedule something. When I called, it kept saying they were at lunch and would return at 2pm. I decided to call closer to 3pm, but same thing. Finally, I stayed on the line and the phone rang to a person answering. I gave my information and told her of the situation. She unknowingly put me on hold and never returned. I would not recommend this office. Fortunately, my son’s heel is beginning to feel better. Dr. Schnell has been my Surgical Podiatrist for 6 years. I followed him to his new office. He have remoted more of my body parts then any other doctor! That was a fact even though it sounds like a joke. Dr. Schnell has a great bed side manor. He is confessed Christion which is very important to me!! He has even PRAYED with me and my wife before surgery!! His staff is top notch. They make scheduling quick and painless. All of their chores are completed in a timely fashion, such as Calling in Prescriptions, Receiving and making referrals etc. My over-all experience will rate Dr. Schnell with 5 STARS..... Awful. Terrible bedside manner - condescending towards patients, disrespectful. Wait times are extremely long as well. Had to wait one week for an appointment, in the meantime my cyst ruptured causing bone infection and sepsis. Doctor sat on imaging without looking at results and scheduling my appointment. This resulted in two surgeries and a two week hospital stay.
