Dr. He was very friendly and took the time to go over lab results and recommendations, explaining everything in a way I could understand, incredibly helpful staff

Almost killed my daughter (24yr old later diagnosed in ER with type1 diabetes. Dont go to her or any of her staff!!! Bad manners all around!

This complaint is not against Dr He as a Dr. I was happy to be a patient of Dr He’s. I had a change in insurance. I spoke with my new carrier to confirm Dr He was “in network”. She was, so I selected the plan. I called Dr He to schedule an appointment. (I did not yet have the card but had an ID #). I was speaking with a male receptionist, provided my name and heard the usual female receptionist in the background saying, we don’t take that plan. I never provided a plan, she grabbed the phone, asked me of it was a “Tufts Direct” plan. I explained that I did not know cause I didn’t have the card. She asked me for the number, brief hold, came back within seconds to say she doesn’t take the plan. I was not happy since my provider had just added her and confirmed her for my PCP. I explained this to the receptionist and she repeated she doesn’t take the plan. Just a miserable human. I have since received my card and it is NOT a Tufts Direct plan. Terrible receptionist. Dr. He has been my doctor since I move to Marlborough 4 years ago.She has her days and kind of strict but she knows what she is doing.Not every human being has to be as we expect to be.Everybody has their own personality and she may not be what you are expecting, but I can assure you she knows a lot...she is really quick...to the point.The only thing I do not like is that most referals to specialties such as pain doctors is a process that you have to go to therapy first, all these stuff that on my end I have never been able to go here in Ma as I use to go in my country PR and it was way easier.But let me tell you something, her receptionist Aidaliz is great!She has go way beyond as a human being, she has knowledge, understanding and so profesional...in between her and Chelsey who for me has become lately my doctor (I believe she is the nurse there) she makes sure to answer all your questions and covers everything.She has a lot of knowledge and really shows to care for your health and will send you to do labs or tests without questioning just to rule out any other worst health condition.They have become the reason for me staying with Dr. He as she have an excellent team. I love the help I get with Chelsea.Shes calm,kind,actually listens to you.She needs more credit in her role there.Shes ontop of matters instantly.I cant wait for the day she gets her own practice, she deserves it.

First time visiting this doctor a few weeks ago, and I would recommend saving your time and finding a better doctor who will listen to you and actually care about the patient. The staff are friendly from what I experienced however the doctor does not have good personal conduct with patients and is rude at times and does not listen to patient.

worst dr a ever been went as new PT this dr ask me a few question gave me med a list of labs and thats al she spend 5 min with me and charge the ins for a full visit she didnt even care about anything never call back with the results for my labs. i will never go bacj there

Worst experienced I have ever had at a doctors office. Had an appointment and she wanted us to go get the prescription and come back to her office could not do that because of work. She started yelling saying that I didn’t want help. Why was I wasting her time. This continued into the waiting room where my privacy rights were violated. Everyone in the waiting room was listening to her yell at me saying you don’t want help and why are you wasting my time. I felt so embarrassed and violated just because I couldn’t not come back that day because of work. The office staff was very nice and the nurse that took my blood pressure was very nice. Unfortunately the doctor is crazy and unprofessional. I will be looking into reporting her because nothing about this was right and my rights were violated. Dr. He is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. She accommodates same-day appointment requests for my family members a few times. We are very grateful to have her as PCP.

A few uncaring doctors I've been thru. Now my wife and I are with her and we plan on staying with Dr. He. Very professional very thorough im happy to say she is. Best Doctor i ever had! Esp through my recovery in addiction.. She seems to truly care but what I like most she will call you on your bs.. Only issue I've had is testing positive for stuff I haven't touched.. But overall best doctor I ever had in my 44 years of life.. I recommend her to anyone I know looking for a primary care doctor

Wanted to think positive and ignore the bad reviews since this doctor was listed as a provider by my health insurance. I was in twice and Dr. He never had the decency to even introduce herself. Long story short, I too was yelled at by the doctor like other reviewers. She did not submit a routine physical properly that was to be completely covered by my insurance plan causing me to be stuck with the bill. The doctor repeatedly told me she would take care of it and nothing was done each time.

I feel very happy with my PCP - Dr. He. She is very knowledgeable, addressed all my issues; a very caring doctor. I will stay with her as long as I am in the area.

Listens well. Helps when u have a unflexible work schedule.

This is the best primary care physician I have ever had. I see her twice a month and every visit has been excellent. She is very attentive, friendly, and thorough. Her staff is awesome and would recommend her to anyone.

I wouldn't know. I had a terrible pain in my stomach and left a message while she was on lunch break. She was supposed to call me back, but never did, so I admitted myself into the ER. Turns out I had a Kidney Infection. Then I call back to try to make a follow up appt, only to find out she is on vacation. Oh! And she doesn't take my insurance anymore! Cool story bro, maybe you should alert my insurance carrier so they don't tell me that you're my primary. She is completely unprofessional.

I have very much enjoyed changing my PCP to Dr. He. She is prompt, takes the time to talk with me, and is sure to address all my needs.

I decided to call this office looking for options to getting laser lipo and just like every other person, I had questions. I spoke to a lady by the name of Sharon, I had questions and concerns and she just brushed me off and told me to look into groupon that she had another customer and hung up on me. I later called for a second time looking to speak to someone else or to leave a message to Dr. He, she then said she had no voice mail and once again shut the phone on me. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go or call this office. Staff was extremely rude.
