Was too quick to get to the next patient. 5 min in the room if that. Was pleasant and no waiting. Didn’t feel listened to. Order was given for a test. And then on to the next patient. At least I expected 15-20 min. Disappointed.

Dr V is the best! He has done my, my daughter's and my sons surgery. He is very caring and personable. I will forever recommend him. The staff is great too!

BEWARE!!!! I was charged $26,335.82 for an in office sinuplasty that was done in 15 minutes. Also, they didn’t tell me that the anesthesia was out of network.

Dr V is awesome. He is funny, laid back, respectful, listens, thoroughly goes over info. If it wasn't for him we wouldnt go back. The office staff is very incompetent. I talked to 3 people before my daughters appointment to clarify that her previous tests were in the system and when we get there we sit for an hour before i say something and i get told they were waiting to get her tests approved i said i already told them she already had the tests unbelievable however they then took us back quickly and his nurse is very nice and helpful as well. My other issue is i asked for a specific prescription to be refilled and they called in the wrong one to the pharmacy. Highly irritating because i then had to do the leg work to cancel the wrong one before it got sent out or i would of had to pay. However i will say if you can be patient with the staff it is well worth it. Dr V is amazing.

I won’t recommend this office to anyone. Their secretaries are extremely incompetent. I can’t believe they actually hired people like this working at a doctors office. This is really scary, please beware. If your health or family members health matters to you, do not go to this office (the new highland location)

He misdiagnosed my daughter and his team was MORE concerned with collecting upfront money from me even though I had NO copay on my insurance. My advice is that you don’t waste the time to visit for a consultation!

Dr. V is fantastic. I've been a patient for years, he has done surgery on my ears. Very trusted, reliable and extremely down to earth. All around great doctor.

I had sinus surgery. He is thorough and explains everything. Office is very efficient. He is very skilled and professional and kind. Yes I would recommend him.

I don't know how else to rate a Dr. that tells someone that has unexpected loss of hearing "ive seen worse"

I would avoid this place. It’s a specialty that’s hard to get a reasonable time frame for an appointment and they know it and take advantage of it. Cost me about 400 for seeing the doctor less then 5 minutes And write me a script for nose spray.

Very professional and very nice! Explains the latest procedures he offers. I had the Eustachian Tube Dilation done. The procedure was conveniently done in his office and was painless with short recovery time. The office staff is also very friendly and make it easy to schedule an appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ventrapragada!

My visit was pleasant while I sat in the waiting room. It was my first time seeing the Dr. I was not hopeful. My sister, special needs child adult had seen many doctors for her ear. She suffered from a monthly occurring infection since childhood she is 45 this affected the inner and outer ear it was extremely painful and had an odor. Its been 3 yrs since sister suffered from that disease. We see Dr. for regular maintenance and continue to apply the medication Dr. gave us. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Ventrapragada. My sister looks forward to seeing Dr. Ventrapragada.

I had been suffering with ear aches for months chips to the doctor trips to the emergency room antibiotics and pain meds nothing seem to help until I visited Shridhar at his Munster Indiana office the young man was so gentle and thorough he was able to get to the bottom of the problem that was causing me so much pain I was so happy that I overcame my fear of having my ear probed. I highly recommend the warm and friendly’s staff as well. Thanks again folks you were great

so i had went to this doctor for the first time as urgent care couldn’t give me any answers on why i was having recurring tonsillitis/pharyngitis/strep, and why all my tests were coming back negative, so i needed more answers as i went to a professional ENT. i waited in the office for over an hour, as i was in the room with the doctor for exactly 4 minutes. keep in mind the receptionist working was extremely rude and came off to everyone as rude. he didn’t do any tests on me, he just told me that my tonsils look awful and that i had no other choice to get them out or just keep dealing with it. after 3 weeks of not knowing what’s going on, i found out i have strep A. FINALLY. I have had life long issues with my ears. Dr. Ventrapragada was extremely patient and kind when I was in his office. He did not rush me, and he answered all my questions. Dr. Ventrapragada removed my sons tonsils and he did an amazing job! He put my worries to rest! Amazing doctor! Not only did he take great care of my 4yr old. He saved my fathers life when he was diagnosed with stage 4 tonsil cancer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a ENT. Absolutely amazing doctor

Dr Ventrapragada never completed my nose surgery. I had a deviated septum. For several years after the repair I never noticed any change for the better. Today I saw another nose specialist. He did a CT and showed me on the scan the the repair was never finished. I’ve been having trouble breathing for a number of years. I would tell everyone not to trust this doctor. He never finished the job.

Excellent doctor who knows his profession. My wife and I, daughter,son-in-law, grandson all have had sinus and ear problems corrected by Dr. Ventrapragada.

Office is a joke

Office unorganized. Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. They never mailed out forms. Had to sit in the small office with 5 other people filling out forms for half an hour. When I asked why forms weren't mailed she said she didn't know?

So this Dr. Is younger guy. I went in and told him that I had a clicking noise in my ear while running. He took 30 seconds to look at my ear said he never heard of that and then referred me to a Dr in the city of Chicago. I've never heard of specialist telling you to go to another specialist after about 1 minute of total time with him, mind you after collecting the $40 Copay up front. He's an HMO dr. So that's how he gets most patients. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR, GO ELSEWHERE, GET A REFERRAL FOR SOMEONE THAT IS OLDER AND WISER. So this Dr. Is younger guy. He treated my toddler son that had really severe and frequent ear infections. He has horrible bed side manners. He also did my sons first set of ear tubes. But after he still got ear infections quite frequently. And Ventrapragada would see my son and send him on .....I had to decide to take my son to get his tubes replaced by a different ENT. And after the second ENT performed the same procedure as Ventrapragada he has not had any more ear infections. I do not recommend him at all... EVER!!! Dr. Ventrapragada is the best! I am about to have my second nasal polyp removal surgery and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it! His bedside manner is absolutely wonderful...the difference between him and others is that he actually cares! I went to a different ENT doctor before him and let me just say I am so glad I wanted to get a second opinion!

He talked to me not even for 5 minutes.After several office appointments he told that he can't do anything else for me(chronic sinus)..I went to another Dr.and I have great results..

Dr. ventrapragata is a pretty good doctor. The first time I have gone to him, he seemed to take me serious but the last couple of times that I have gone to him, I felt rushed out of the room so he could bring other patients in. Nobody likes to wait in a waiting room for an hour, but to only spend a couple minutes each time with your patients, isn't giving them very much time to ask questions. In fact I had two questions to ask and completely forgot because he was ready to send me on my way. I would just like to see him give his patients a little bit more time. Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ventrapragada. He's smart, compassionate, caring, friendly and he makes you feel like he's known you forever. Can't thank him enough for the wonderful care he gave me. Without a doubt, he is a 5 star doctor. Would recommend him above any other doctor. He knows his medicine and knows how to treat patients.
