Dr. Shonali Saha

Coming to Whole and Healthy You was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! My situation was complicated from the start. I was born with an illness that causes chronic and acute pain episodes but also addicted to my pain meds. This didn’t scare Dr. Saha away. Over the past few years, she has been instrumental in my addictive behavior changing and getting off of the meds that I was abusing. I would recommend Dr. Saha and her very efficient team to anyone! They treat their patients like they genuinely care about our wellbeing. They are definitely TOP TIER!!!

Reluctant to Recommend. Main Problem with office - financial penalties regarding lateness. NOT ONCE was Dr. Saha or her associates on time for scheduled office meetings. After check-in - YOU WAIT...! When patient is over 10 minutes late you will pay the immediate financial penalty or they will NOT re-fill your prescription until paid. They are not treatment - friendly on this basis. The administrative issues in this office undermine Dr. Saha's knowledge and skill. SOLUTION: My primary physician took over my care and sent over prescriptions with a 6-month supply with automatic refill to ensure consistent treatment.

Very helpful, worked with me using various methods to get me out of a really tough spot in my life. Kind staff, incredibly understanding of all situations. Although I believe Dr. Saha is a great doctor and her staff friendly I am very disappointed with her late fee policy. Due to an accident on 285 that was completely out of my control that was going to cause me to be 18 minutes late I am being charged. I offered very politely to reschedule as I do know being that late can cause other patients schedule to ne thrown off. I am a new father to a 3 month old daughter. Driving to the appointment I have $3.90 in my checking account and cash for my copay specifically to see her. Now I am on a controlled substance that Dr. Saha prescribed and no doctor. Putting a policy like that ahead of someone's recovery makes me sick as I have been suffering from addiction for over a decade and know the hell it brings to earth. Best Doctor and staff hands down. She listens cares and helps everyway she can. Highest recommendation!!!

She is a real professional. Her knowledge about her craft is impressive. She CAN help you get your life back IF you do exactly what she asks of you. Otherwise don't waste your time if you are not ready.

Dr. Saha is an AMAZING doctor! She has helped me so much over the last year. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for treatment to help with their addiction.

Very friendly people. Everyone is very pleasant and works hard to meet your needs in a timely manner. Dr. Saha is understanding and compassionate. She really listens to you and remembers even the small details about you. I am completely satisfied with my care here

I am grateful that I found Dr Saha through a recommendation. She is efficient, attentive and utilizes excellent time management to make the best use of our sessions. She is an excellent listener and really understands my struggles and offers great science based information that empowers me in my decisions. I am glad that I chose to take some of the reviews with a grain of salt. Sure, I would be disappointed if I was running late for my appointment and was charged, but I also appreciate the accountability it instills. Dr. Saha and her staff are awesome! From the moment you walk in the door you can feel the good vibes and welcoming atmosphere. They don't make you feel judged or uncomfortable at all. I was referred by Recovery Unlimited and at first I wasn't happy about any of it. I was in denial about being an addict which took me quite some time to admit even to myself. Dr. Saha is really good at helping you remember and understand the benefits of living a healthy, happy and sober life. If you're looking for someone who knows how to make you feel comfortable and genuinely cares about your well-being, you've found the right place! I wish I would have known about this place sooner. Wonderful caring staff and doctor. Will be recommending anyone I know who is struggling with overcoming addiction to Dr. Shonali. The space is set up in a way to induce a calming and relaxed feeling. I left smiling

Similar experience to others here wish I had read these reviews before! Terrible listener, rude and talks over you, terrible office policies and staff lacks basic understanding of how insurance works. Also some shady billing practices so much so my insurance co. is investigating...save your time and money and go elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Horrific and similar to other reviews here wish I had seen them and saved time, money and energy. Very rude, condescending and interrupts you and Zero value-add (Gave no real help)...staff is incompetent and doesn’t understand how insurance works. Terrible office policies you get charged $50 extra if you’re 10min late...and shady billing so much so my insurance co. is investigating. Stay away!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Saha. Not only is she kind, caring, compassionate and understanding, she never makes me feel ashamed or embarrassed about my addiction. I truly believe that Dr. Saha has changed my life for the better and I am so lucky to have found her. The office staff are great as well. It is nice to call an office and actually get a live person on the phone to speak to. Dr. Saha always returns my calls and I have no problem getting appointments around my crazy schedule. If you are looking for a Doctor who really cares and wants to see you succeed, then I would look no further. I cannot say enough about Dr. Saha. Terrible place, first time there, the directions were wrong and I called to let them know I was going to be late, I was ten minutes late, they charged me 50.00. I had to go back because the doctor, Saha, prescribes a specialty medicine, which is important to the quality of life of the patient. I expressed that I need this to be processed quickly. After four days, I tried calling the pharmacy where my insurance and her prescription was to be sent and they had no information. I then wrote thei

Total sham and waste of time. Via the internet I was directed to a different address and I called to let them know I was running late. They said fine. When I arrived, the extremely demeaning and snotty receptionist then told me I could not be seen because I was over 10 minutes late! They took my fifty dollar deposit on top of this too. She obviously is in the racket of getting all she can out of patients for the most pitiful reasons. I've never heard of such a thing from a professional and as a doctor someone who has the interest of her patients in mind. Total sham and waste of time. Wow, I will never get that 30 minutes back. What a waste of time & energy. This may have been the worst experience I've ever had with any so called physician or specialist. She is a HORRIBLE listener and often interrupts you while you are speaking, usually in a condescending tone, refusing to allow the patient to thoroughly explain their "individual" situation, needs, and in my case, the ongoing outpatient tapered withdrawl therapy plan which I have pro-actively & successfully managed thus far

Dr. Saha is the greatest doctor I have ever had. She cares and personalizes your care. She has a great attitude and always does her best to assist you and get you to your best potential. I would give Dr. Saha 10 stars if it was possible. I totally recommend to anyone looking for an awesome Dr. and a great caring person. She is ggrrrreeaaat!!!!!!
