Great doctor but to much of a waiting staff is never on time to open office and wait is ridicules almost a hr late please dnt over book the doctor I being coming here for almost 3 years and is always the same long waiting my time is limited and I should not need to wait hrs ti be seen if I have a appt. Other wise doctor is good

Dr. Narwal is amazing. He is very considerate and experienced...We are very grateful that we were reffered to him as my daughter has improved a lot.

Dr. Shivinder Narwal is extremely unprofessional and easily one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. He will go to any length to cover his butt. He clearly does not care about his patients. My girlfriend, who has UC, made a simple request for his office admin to contact her insurance to approve a medication 30 days ago. On this day the office admin claimed they did not make those calls. As of today Dr.Shivinder claims that phone call never happened and now my gf is without her needed medication. He claimed that I was yelling at him and that he didnt have to talk to me because I was an A**h*** because i was frustrated and concerned for my gf's health. I am appalled that he was so unwilling to communicate and simply try to resolve the situation. I would not recommend going to this doctors office. Dr Narwal is amazing with his clients. His assistant Maria is very rude. She talks to you like you are below her and refuses to even try to help your child out. It’s ashamed he has someone so rude be the face of his office.

He treats my son. I feel he is truly invested in understanding the cause of illness and wants to help children feel better.

Very awesome doctor. His staff is amazing. He is very helpful and cares about his patients. I love his work and attitude towards the kids.

If I could give Dr. Narwal 10 stars I would!! We are so fortunate to have found him when we did!! He goes above and beyond for his patients and he truly cares!!

Dr. Narwal is incredibly knowledgeable and took such excellent care of my daughter yesterday. He was also genuinely warm, kind and made us all at ease and completely comfortable. I highly recommend him.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Narwal. He was condescending telling me to stop breastfeeding, gave me formula and an oral drink for my child. I had come to see him to figure out my kids stomach problems since we did allergy test I wanted to know what was causing the GI issues. My son is sensitive to food and he was complaining of stomach pain. I spent telling this Dr that he had a skin test done and to figure out why his belly hurts. I was looked at like an idiot and didn’t feel heard. He kept telling me other patients horror stories and I found this to be unethical. I did like the nurse practitioner but I’m not going back to this horrible DR. SEE for yourself. Listen to us one reviewers we are trying to save you a trip to a Dr that doesn’t care about your child. Go elsewhere.

The WORST experience I have ever experienced with a doctor. He made a very rude comment about me having Medicaid for my children. & I waited almost 40 minutes on him. I will not be going back and I would never recommend anyone to his office. Sad for his wonderful nurse practitioner, best wishes for her.

What a horrible experience. After 2 yrs the doctor's office refused to see my 3yr old special needs daughter because a bill less than $100. Really? On top of that he dips when seeing patients. Its gross

He does not care about his patients and will lie by any means necessary to cover up neglecting necessary treatment. He doesn't care if it turns into cancer!! All they want is it to turn into something more serious so they can bring in more money. The man couldn't even explain to me why we are no longer going to treat the issue with the needed treatment but handing me the same prescription that didnt work previously. The staff lies to cover their butts and are completely rude. If I could rate this a -100 I would! Completely disappointed with all of it! We really like him. Takes his time and listens to parents. Not just a meds pusher.

Amazing bedside manner! Made my very nervous 10year old feel comfortable. He goes the extra mile in finding answers, truly love him and his staff! Highly recommend

The bad reviews are incredibly hard to believe! Dr. Narwal has changed and IMPROVED my daughters quality of life. He takes the time to explain everything in a way a non medical professional can understand. He drew a diagram and walked us through every step of my daughters surgery. The office staff is EXCELLENT! Always helpful and very nice. Understanding when I have a million questions over the phone and in person. I drive 45 mins away from home to keep seeing Dr. Narwal and staff! Recommend 10/10! Dr. Narwal has the best bed side manners with patient and parents. He gets right to the point and to the problem. My son suffers for years with GI problems. Dr Narwal got right to work and out came my sons infected gallbladder and found out he was allergic to dairy. Highly recommend him and his staff. I see him in the riverview Fl office

I think I forgot to write about this place but I was just reminded while giving a recommendation. Loved them. Really helpful Office staff and the doctors are great! No need to go to Tampa if you live in Brandon, they suggested a test that nobody else had and within a few weeks he has surgery and his digestion is much improved.

My daughter was in gastrointestinal distress for almost FOUR years. She couldn't function normally on a day to day basis. We took her to numerous doctors (including other pediatric GI specialists) she had every test imaginable performed and we/they never came up with a diagnosis and a method of treatment for her. We were told, by several, that she would have to learn to live with this distress. One visit to Dr. Narwal, and her life has completely changed. He knew exactly what her diagnosis was and how to treat her. Happy to report that she is a normal functioning child and is living her life they way she should be.....happily! This Dr has saved my sons life. He's compassionate and empathetic to us as parents; yet all the while making an amazing connection with your child. My son has a tremendous amount of respect and looks forward to seeing him. To say his PA Toni Gonzalez (which is knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible) & office staff are amazing would be an understatement. They also care, help in any way possible & from what I see they seem to know everyone. If you ever have a concern and it's after hours or even during the day have a question or worry about your child** NO nurse or office member is going to call you back- the doctor HIMSELF calls you back . That to me speaks volumes. I've never had that kind of care for myself nor with any off my other childrens Drs before or SPECIALIST for that matter. I'm sure he's a very very busy man but he does take the time to get in touch with you THAT day && usually within the hour to find out what the issue is and how to help. So if you are ever in need of a doctor for your child, look no further. This Dr has saved my sons life. We just love Dr. Narwal, since me and my daughter went to the office for the first time he makes us fill comfortable, he explain very well what was going on with my child, and I understood. He cares for the patient very much. And the office staff are very friendly. Highly recommend it.
