We are scheduled for surgery in May of 2020. I haven’t even met them all in person yet, and I can honestly say you won’t find a surgeon or medical staff like Dr Lewins office. Sometimes I feel like I’m crazy calling in asking weird questions and they all are so understanding and so willing to help. They all seem like they truly love what they do everyday. Changing lives. UPDATE 04/06/2022 If I could scream from mountain tops about the excellence of this office and Dr, I WOULD. first off, we are almost 2 years post opp and our ear is absolute perfection. Every kid has their own healing process and our minor bumps in the road are very well taken care of. Wes got a boo boo on his ear yesterday and even 2 years later the response I get is like hes top priority. I dont know how she does it to be honest. She really cares for every single little human that ends up on her OR table. Let me add I am the most nervous parent of all time and they have been so supportive, kind and they have shown so much compassion. We are very pleased with Dr. Lewin, her staff, and the results of our son’s surgeries. What could easily be an overwhelming process (finances, anesthesia, travel, questions, concerns, etc.) was made easy to handle because of Dr. Lewin and her staff’s care, patience, and concern around all aspects of the process. From exploring surgical options to post-operation questions, they were always available and ready to help us. We’re so thankful and extremely happy with our son’s beautiful ear created by Dr. Lewin. Our son Owen’s biggest memory of the whole process was eating In-N-Out, which speaks to how great and not stressful everything was for him personally! If I ever have to travel to the United States, it'll be for Dr. Lewin... I pray for her great health and spirit... She has made life changing surgeries and has helped restore confidence in many innocent kids and grown ups... For a person of our financial capacity, it's not an easy commute, still i'm saving to meet her for my son.... ????

Dr. Lewin and her staff are top-notch!!! We loved our experience there and the service that was provided before, during and after surgery was the best! I would recommend Dr. Lewin to anyone! She truly is a miracle worker and a true blessing!

By the time we learned who Dr Lewin was and what she specialized in we had seen countless doctors and specialist. (I’m sure this is the case for many of Dr. Lewin’s patients.) That being said, Dr. Lewin and her staff are ONE OF A KIND! She was professional while passionate about the best care for our child. She’s not a run in and run out type doc. She listens, explains, and you can feel that she truly cares. We drove from Mississippi to California for each surgery and would do it again a hundred more times! She is truly fabulous and so very skilled at what she does. Best decision we ever made was contacting her office for more information. We are forever grateful for Dr. Lewin and her amazing work. We are extremely grateful to Dr Lewin for creating such a wonderful big ear for our little boy. We have had such a positive experience, and at 9 months post op we can honestly say that we have had absolutely no issues. We felt extremely confident having this procedure with Dr Lewin and her support to this day has been nothing short of amazing. Hands down the best surgeon in the world! From the beginning of submitting paperwork Dr Lewins staff (specifically Veronica) went above and beyond for me answering all my questions and keeping me up to date on insurance processes. The staff were incredibly accommodating with changes due to Covid-19. Nurse Maribel was so thorough with explaining what the expect during pre-op. My daughter wanted her ears pierced during surgery and they even gave me a matching set at my daughters request. Day of surgery, Dr Lewin and all the amazing staff went above and beyond to make us feel at peace and to make Marley happy and comfortable. She never once seemed even remotely scared or nervous. Dr Lewin and Dr Dee we’re thorough in our expectations over the next few days, even texting me to check up on my daughter several times. Our nurse who helped with our discharge is literally an Angel, she was so great with easing my anxiety and reassuring everything during waking up out of anesthesia was normal. I truly couldn’t recommend Dr Lewin for Microtia surgery more. She is the best of the best!! My daughters ear is beautiful and her confidence is beaming. Dr Lewin has changed our family’s life. Dr. Lewin, a doctor who has the best hand that made my child's ears. She and her staff were all very friendly, prepared an interpreter for me with a different language, and was impressed by the way she did her best for her child. Lewin's hospital is a relaxing and wonderful place like a resort.

Dr. Lewin and her staff are some of the best, most genuine and hard-working people I have ever met. Not only is Dr. Lewin one of THE best ear reconstruction surgeons on the planet, she is the most humblest and genuine as well. She is honest with patients and is not afraid to say no if it wouldn't be the best choice for the patient. Her staff not only walk you through the steps needed with your insurance provider, but they also work tirelessly on your behalf. Though Dr. Lewin is not in network with any insurance provider, her team work so hard for their patients to try and help them get it covered. Dr. Lewin’s work speaks for itself in that the results of her ear reconstructions look incredible! We adopted our daughter when she was eight years old. Born without any ears, she spent those eight years in an orphanage being bullied because of it. In 2019, her lifelong dream came true of having two beautiful ears thanks to Dr. Lewin and her team. There is no way to measure the confidence my daughter now has in herself since she got her ears. I highly recommend Dr. Lewin. She changed my daughter’s life and I’ll forever be grateful.
