Sherry is one of my most favorite people on the planet. She has literally changed my life. She is beyond honest and will guide you though the challenges you face with compassion, truth, and reassurance. Sherry gave me strength, power, hope, and acceptance of who I am, that is the greatest accomplishment I could have ever imagined.

Sherry Katz is the only therapist I have seen who got to the heart of my problems quickly, compassionately, and effectively. She is a results-oriented therapist who does not push years upon years of therapy on you to unearth some hidden mystery that might or might not be the cause of your issues. She treats clients in the here and now with a nod toward the past. Sherry got me through the most difficult time of my life: a terrible marriage, a career I hated, and parenting a teen with medical issues. She helped me discover that I'm not a doormat and that my family was treating me like one. She helped me grow in so many ways and I will be forever thankful for that. I'm stronger and calmer than I've ever been and I have Sherry to thank. I only wish I hadn't moved so far away because I'd still see her when the occasional issue arises if I still lived in the area. I say all of this after having tried many other therapists over the years. Not one was able to achieve what Sherry did.

I prefer a therapist who’s down-to-earth with a likeable personality. I felt that Sherry spoke about herself too much and tried very hard to convince me that she’s well respected and very knowledgeable in her field. I spent $180 for her to try and gain my admiration. Needless to say, her efforts totally backfired.
