Dr. Bass is compassionate, thorough, friendly & explains things thoroughly in layman’s terms. She is a delight.

I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years which means I've seen plenty of different optometrist. Dr. Bass was by far the most thorough of all the optometrist I've ever seen, across multiple countries and states. She invested a significant amount of time into the exam, explaining what she was doing, checking, double checking, reviewing, etc... The exam was longish, but I feel like I've had the most extensive vision workup I've ever had. She gave specific guidance and recommendations in the end. I'm of the opinion that there are likely very few optometrist at her caliber around. If you can get an appointment with her, then you certainly should. exellent doctor

Dr. Sherry Bass was recommended to me by a great friend. Two of my children have been having difficulty in school and a visual exam was recommended. She did both exams and gave me diagnosis. I asked her if she could give me a letter to present to the school and she said no problem, four months later I asked for the letters because they were never given to me and I was told their was a $50. charge for each letter. I was appalled, I really need the letters and she is taking advantage of her patients. I'm so disgusted. I literally hung up and cried out of frustration.
