Will never go to her again. Worst bedside manner EVER! I don’t think she was concerned with my needs at all! Also her staff…very rude! Waste of time and money!

I've been seeing Dr Durbin for 2 years now. Her bedside manner is lacking, but I would be able to see past that if I were at all comfortable with her helping me with health concerns I have. Ive made appointments for specific concerns and not had those ever addressed. She does okay with what she wants to focus on for your health. I never felt like she really listened to my concerns and always felt like she was ready go get in and out of the room. I will be changing PCPs now. The staff have always been pleasant to interact with, the wait times are always long in this office. If you have to get labs or imaging done outside of who they work with, good luck!

Called twice, it rang for a while, then they answered only to immediately hang up. Trying to find a PCP, and can even schedule an appointment. Moving on.

Love Dr Durbin and staff! I have been a patient for about a year with my husband and adult son. I love that she takes her time and listens to my needs. She usually has a student physician assist she is mentoring. Which I don’t mind and that just helps with a thorough exam. I have never felt rushed and while a few times have had to wait I completely understand. Our 2nd visit together my heart was racing with the sinus infection I had & she made it a point to stop & have the nurse run an ekg & circulation test to assure me & her that it was from the infection & not something more. I also have requested labs at my wellness exam for my specialist so they would be covered & she has never had a problem with it. She also has t pushed medicine on me before I thought I was ready.

Strange, weird and angry staff, as well as the doctor. The doctor added more stress to my already stressed out life. Absolutely no compassion or empathy. I lack the proper words in the English language to go any further with this review. Stay away, unless you need some subjects to study for your Masters thesis in Psychology.

She knows what she is doing. I don't care about her social skills.

Been coming here for years. Well kept office, nice and helpful staff, both doctors are great. Definitely would reccomend

Dr. Sherrill Durbin and her staff, including her PA-c interns were nothing less than AMAZING!!!! The care of my grandmother-in-law was so kind! She was receptive and swift on our love one's needs and her office took care of more than I have seen at other doctor's offices in years. As a nurse for over 23 years, I recognize the foolishness quickly! The foolishness doesn't exist here!!! Dr. Durbin's clinical bedside is superb!!! We visited her as a new patient and were were there less than an hour and a half. They have on-site lab draws which is tremendously convenient. I didn't want to have to bring our grandmother back and forth or to Quest for labs. One-stop shop! I've gone to Dr. Durbin since I was little and as of the past couple of years I just been receiving horrible care. I'm still waiting on the call from my blood work, I never received anything in the mail, and they were suppose to call me back regarding a shot and never received that call. I will not be returning.

The only reason I scored 1 star is because zero stars was not an option. Dr Durbin should go back to medical school. She apparently missed the course that taught sensitivity, listen to your patient, and above ALL else do not be judgemental! My daughter went in as a new patient looking...needing some answers and help. She received nothing!!! Dr Durbin should be ashamed and should close her doors! Stay away!!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. And honestly knew more than the doctor. Literally the medical practitioner or assistant I met with gave me more information than the actual doctor. The doctor came in very rude, condescending, and very unfriendly. Wish she would practice her social skills if this is an actual FAMILY clinic. Dr. Durbin needs to invest in customer service for her staff. It's as if they have very little soft skills and / or directions. Dr. Durbin left for vacation for 2 weeks and seemingly left no directions / instructions. This is unacceptable for a medical office. A patient should not have to problem solve or trouble shoot a request for a refill all because "she's out of the office on vacation" . After making several suggestions to Amber, we resolved the issue. Thank you, Amber, for always showing kind soft skills. Yasmine, on the other hand, needs customer service training. Everyone is very kind and helpful when we're there for an appointment but as far as reliable? Not at all. Walgreens tried to fill a prescription for us and could never get ahold of the Drs office after MULTIPLE attempts during office hours. No one ever called the pharmacist back to ok the change. Then, when we call Durbins office, we're either given bad information or no one calls us back, whatsoever! [Also, someone was filing our insurance claims wrong because Durbin is a preferred provider on our insurance but the office claimed the insurance co "didn't find us in the system".] Unfortunately, we now have to look for a new Dr because we only have one month of thyroid medication left and I'm not certain we can get it filled with Durbin's office before it runs out. (And it's very stressful on the body to miss thyroid support medication since hormone levels go bonkers missing only a few days.) In conclusion, I'm sure they mean well. But the office has had multiple chances to win us back, or even return out calls, and we are not treated professionally. I've been coming to this office for over 10 years. They have always given me the best care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I've been a patient of Dr. Durbin's since 2004. I've read the other reviews and I'm not sure why that was there experience. She looks me in my eye and takes all the time I need. I've never felt rushed on like she does't care. When my kids were old enough to leave pediatrics I brought them to see her. Always very nice.

Would never recommend Dr.Durbin to anyone. She does not show any empathy towards her clients at all, no eye contact, or anything. People are entrusting you with their lives. How can you act so cavalier? Very strange and unprofessional. Will never go back!!

I waited over two hours each time I came in. The second time I was just discussing test results with the Doctor. I waited two hours for a 5 minute conversation. My time is worth much more than this.

Let's just put it this way. I have never had a dr who seems to care so little about your health concerns in my life. She is not good at following up on exams/tests. She is not very friendly/personable. She wants you in and out! That's it.

I had an appointment with her to talk about a few issues that i was having and she didn't even make eye contact with me one time during the visit. I told her my main concerns and those were to much to deal with at the time so she just ignored them! I wouldn't send anyone her way
