I would give no stars if I could. My father’s Dr, until I can find a new one, but spoke to him as though he were dirt beneath his shoe. My father attempted to say something to this doctor, as a response during pre op, and was told “stop talking and listen.” This is not our first experience with Dr Hawkins, but it will be our last. Very professional, straight and to the point.

Asked to go to a different doctor being I was told that I had suck a bad case for kidney stones. No, Hawkins wanted to give me three surgeries and end up destroying my ureter. This ended up with me having to go to UNC in Chapel Hill and having 3 more surgeries. Two to remove all the stones from my back from my kidneys and the last to try and replace the ureter that he destroyed trying to removed those stones, which left me in losing my right kidney. If he would have sent me to UNC Chapel Hill. I could have one or two surgeries and I would still have a kidney. I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO TO THIS MAN. i HAVE DONE IT SO FAR, DUE TO HIS BEHAVIOR AND WHAT HE DID TO ME. MY LIFE IS NOW ON HIGH RISK TIL THE DAY I DIE.. THANKS YOU LOSER HAWKINGS...

the dr with the service more. Pesimo refuses my appointment because I do not speak Spanish and I have 2. months with a bother. and I still do not know where he comes from. pain do not visit that dr

I had to put a star because it wouldn’t let me review, otherwise it would have been none. Do not use this Hawkins, as a professional myself, I never seen a doctor that does not qualify as a doctor, or for that matter a human being. He’s was totally unprofessional, uncaring and wouldn’t answer any of my husbands question. Subsequently we are using another physician outside of Goldsboro. He got me of pull out of pull-ups and into panties for the first time in almost a year.

Very professional. Tells me exactly what I need to hear, no sugar-coating.

Great doctor. Very upfront about what I would have to deal with while undergoing treatment. When dealing with testicular cancer, you need a good doctor like Dr. Hawkins.

I am a RN/MSN, for the past 30 years; I have worked with the best & the worst of doctors; this doctor is beyond worst. Unprofessional, arrogant; with an attitude of unbelievable proportion. We recently moved to Goldsboro & this was the only practice near our home. Subsequently; we changed practices; because of this doctor Hawkins. We are now seeing a real professional in Wilson, NC; We are extremely satisfied.

I have NOTHING but awesome things to say about Dr. Hawkins. He's very professional and confident in his diagnostic skills, very approachable and ready AND willing to answer all the questions that I had . In short, he SAVED MY LIFE in no uncertain terms. I may have lost a kidney to cancer, but Dr. Hawkins gave me my life back.

Worst doctor in the history of bad doctors. Absolutely no bedside manners. In a previous appointment he told me he couldn't do anything for me and that I was just getting old,just to deal with it. BTW I'm not even 40. I just had another appointmentime today and it was another disappointment and waste of time and money. I'll ask to see another doctor at the office or go somewhere else.

Dr. Hawkins is a rude, uncaring person who should have never been allowed into the medical profession. When I had an issue with my prescription, Dr. Hawkins actually said, "Well, nobody ever died from low testosterone." What kind of doctor says something like that?

This Dr has a temper. He became very angry at his nurse and me over X-rays and records. Go somewhere else or request another Dr. In the practice. He will not listen to you. This was my first time seeing him and it was the worst experience. DO NOT SEE THIS DR HAWKINS VERY UNKIND PERSON! He was so angry over a office mistake he could not see past that to help me.

The worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. He was extremely unprofessional rude, unsympathetic and highly narcissistic. This doctor really makes me wonder why he went into a profession that requires compassion and caring of other human beings. His patients are at the bottom of the totem pole, when in reality they should be the reason you get up and go to work every day To help people. On a better note the staff in the front office are very kind, courteous and professional.
