Dr. Desouky is the best dentist I ever had. The staff are very professional . I highly recommend him

he has been extremely professional and always willing to try and fit me when I call and need immediate attention. He goes out of his way to explain the procedure and works with you to get through it.

Dr. Desouky is a great dentist. His office provides excellent services. I had root canals in his office and he really did a great job. I would recommend Dr.Desouky to my friends and family.

Worst dentist ever. It would take the rest of my day to tell everything that went wrong. He's goofy and weird. Unprofessional and unintelligent. Only a fool would visit this office. Don't be one.

My first visit, Dr. Sherif Desouky treated me arrogantly, he didn't let me explain, he ordered an x-ray taken, he treated only a tooth that didn't even need anesthesia. When he finished he said that that was all I didn't need to go back anymore, a week later I found another tooth to be done. Terrible service.

My husbands crowns have fell off twice. I do not recommend this place. And the dentist is arrogant!

They have a very rude receptionist. Rushes you off the phone without proper detail I didn’t even make it to get an appointment if that’s how they run their practice I’ll pass smh

So Dr. Desouky was very rude he seemed like he was in a rush to get me out he didn't even want to hear my concerns and his assistant was even worst than him very rude I spent 3,000 dollars there and this is not the way you treat your patients. The ladies in front desk where very nice sweet n professional. That being said I WILL NOT be coming back to this office ever again !!!

I went to my appointment because I did not get a good cleaning at my previous dentist. I saw Sally the hygienist.. she was the best! She was so thorough and gentle with her cleaning and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back. Ask for Sally the hygienist you will not be disappointed.

I've been going to this dentist for over a decade- even in emergency situations - with no problems. Works well with my insurance. Wait time has never been over 15 minutes. His staff has always been Courteous both on phone and in office.

I can not believe how horrible and rude this man was to my daughter. He was upset that we went to another dentist in between the last visit so he insulted my daughter saying the other dentist did bad eork and her teeth looked ugly now. She was upset and in pain, started to cry a bit so he laughed at her. He did not help her. I was giving him a second chance since he made a mistake when I used him. The only reason I took her to him was he had an appointment available right away. Never again!

I had to switch to Emblem health and to this dentist. He told me to never come back. His reason was because of my insurance and I have and a few fillings but thats all, I know people with much worse problems. All my issues were fixed atleast I think because I asked him what appeared to be a dark sdot on my tooth I asked for an xray of it and did not get it then I said what is it he screamed at me "its a stain" they left me soaking wet. He gave me a copy of the wrong tooth. Bad bedside manor!

Went here needing 4 frontal crowns. My insurance covers 100% and the did approve the crowns. He told me that the ins. covers porcelain but he only recommends zircon. So i need to pay the difference for zircon plus $300 for each temporary, almost $4000 on top of 1000s from the ins. I told him I only wanted what the ins covered, I didn't have $4000. He refused to do them and told me to save up and come back after the holidays. I left and never went back. Insurance paid 100% at my new dentist.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ... This is a terrible place... Dr. Desouky has a really bad attitude and doesn't know what he is doing

Unprofessional

I have been a patient of Dr Desouky's for more than 5 years. He is extremely knowledgable and takes care of all my concern with extreme patience and professionalism. I trust him with my kid's dental needs as well. I highly recommend his services.

Cavities filled and drilled spread over several appointments. Never waited more than 10 minutes. The procedure were very quick and near painless. Staff and doctor are kind and easy going. A relaxed atmosphere and clean office. No issues at all. The best dentist experience I've ever had. Should have gone sooner.
