The purpose of the 5-star rating is SWCC have awesome doctors and nurse staff. Dr. McNair is the best pediatrician! She is my daughters and son’s pediatrician. She is very caring, passionate, professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond with my babies along with being very supportive with me as a first-time mom. When my son had RSV, she called me to make sure if my son was okay along myself. I’ve never heard of a doctor doing that. She puts me at ease whenever my babies are sick with her knowledge and always has a smile. If I could I would give her a 10-star rating. Thank you, Dr. McNair, for being so wonderful and the best pediatrician to my babies. My kids, husband, and in-laws, and I adore her. Dr. McNair is passionate, caring, and disciplined in her field. I’ve been with her 7 years with my 2 kids and wouldn’t want any other pediatrician overseeing my children’s health. She gives top rated referral to children’s specialists. She speaks “parent” instead of “pediatrician” putting you at ease when there is no need to worry. In addition, despite her busy schedule due the phenomenal growth of SWCC, and COVID-19, she always comes in with a smile and will take the time to answer any and all your questions. I love her drive, straightforwardness and her candor. I have nothing but thanks for her and the other physicians at SWCC we’ve seen along the way. I do want to say her intake people in the Fourier are a little off putting but it doesn’t bother me one way or another because Dr. McNair is more than worth it. Absolutely the best Pediatrician we have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and very good with the kids. After moving out of state for a couple of years and experiencing some okay to awful pediatricians, we were thrilled to come back to Dr. Mc Nair when we returned to San Antonio. Shes great and spends the time to get to know you and your kids. We trust that the advice she gives us is what she would do for her own kids.

Dr. Mcnair is wonderful with our son and us. Always willing to explain things and respects parents choices.

Love Dr McNair! She has cared for our 4 children from preschool through high school. Great with our girls and our son as well!

She is absolutely the best around. Not only does she take the time to explain everything to make sure you understand what's going on with your little one and does her best to make the time to see your child. I love her she is just the best!!!

I was referred by my supervisor and was so happy with my experience that I referred my sister. We just love Dr. McNair! Kind, patient (with all of my new mom questions), and actually listens to your concerns! Every time I leave her I feel at ease. She's amazing!

I loved our pediatrician, but I very much dislike the rude receptionists. I don't want to feel like a burden every time we call, so we are finding a new pediatrician.

Dr McNair is absolutely amazing. My children never want to leave and they are always asking when they can see her. She never rushes us and is always so happy. She is very thorough and an absolute wonderful dr.
