I have always liked the treatment I received from Dr. Joiner. I'm sorry to know she is retiring at the end of the month/year.

The staff at this facility are always professional and courteous.

Dr. Shelly Joiner is awesome. She takes time to explain things in the most intricate details. She very attentive and genuine. She made sure my medical issues were resolved immediately prior to surgery and after. She will be sorely missed. However, I do understand that life takes us in different directions. Please extend my humble appreciation to Dr. Joiner, wishing her the best in all her future endeavors. God Bless.

Very attentive, helpful, and caring staff. Everyone from front desk to surgery scheduling were very willing to answer questions and attentive to make this process less stressful for me.

Dr. Joiner has been the best Dr I have ever had. She has been part of my life for over 6yrs. She remembers me so well including my husband who sometimes comes with me. She is VERY professional, very kind ,understanding and explains things so that you understand ?? I really appreciate her so much!!

Dr Joiner is young. She doesn't understand menopause or the struggles that go with it. She's very nice. Just needs to really hear what I'm saying.

I just need more than a vaginal Creme but Doc was PLEASANT So will see her again. Your office needs to understand that patients have different types of insurance and it only pays for certain number of visits Which means I'm ONLY GONNA visit 1 more time! Hope my problem WILL BE RESOLVED!!

Dr. Joiner is a very through and compassionate physican.

Dr. Joiner was on call when I had plancental abruption and had to have an emergency c section. The hospital called her repeatedly for 2 hours and she kept saying she was almost there for 2 HOURS, delaying my c section while my baby’s heart rate kept plummeting and I was bleeding profusely and in the most excruciating pain of my life.I kept begging the nurses to please just give me another doctor and save my baby but they insisted we needed to wait for her. Eventually the nurses made an executive decision because it was clear she wasn’t arriving anytime soon and they rushed me into the OR. Waiting on this woman almost killed my baby because she couldn’t be bothered to show up in a timely manner or just say she would be extremely late. When I woke up she didn’t even bother to check on me, my husband mentioned she showed up after the surgery to “look in on me” before I woke up in recovery. Not a word to my face. Never again.

She is so rude! No bedside manner at all. Made strange, outlandish accusations during my exam. Just awful, like most Premier physicians. Awful experience.

Dr. Joiner didn’t spend hardly any time with me. She acted as confused about my medical issue as I was. The doctor I usually see was unavailable but ended up helping me via a nurse over the phone and knew exactly what I needed to do.

Absolutely wonderful!! Dr. Joiner truly listened and heard me!! Dr. Shelly Joiner has stayed up to date with today’s medicine/medical technology and is very skilled. She’s very personable and has NOT lost her bedside manner and truly takes care of her patients- Me! Horrible bedside manner, not compassionate . Scheduling was a nightmare because communication was awful. She doesnt make eye contact while speaking to you , to me that is a huge issue. Find another doctor. Im sure shes a skilled surgeon but her bedside care is atrocious.

Very disappointed. Was a new patient and she didn't stop to say "hi nice to meet you".. She was like a robot. Very impersonal didn't crack a smile. Told her I was worried about my blood pressure and she said nothing. At this point I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Poor people skills.
