Very professional

My visit with Dr. Hayes's went very well. I have no complaint, she takes time to explain what the exam show's. And is patient with you,and takes time to answer all your questions. The staff is so caring and polite! I would recommend Dr. Hayes's to anyone looking for a excellent eye doctor.

Even though sometimes I’m probably a not-so-fun patient as I have issues in having contacts fitted, Dr. Hayes is always so patient, thorough and efficient. She even made a comment regarding “enjoying the challenge.” What an attitude to have these days when frequently Doctors’ offices feel like a patient mill of “get you in and out just as fast as possible” and often leave you to deal with the insurance debacle afterwards. This is why I keep coming back! Call me a happy frequent flyer.

I have seen Dr. Hayes a few times at Sieht practice. She explains things carefully and is willing to answer any questions. Dr Hayes described my upcoming cataract surgery and what to expect from the consultation that will be set up before the procedure. I have no problem asking for her at this busy practice.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Hayes. She is very informative and she discusses every process that she is doing to the patient with understanding. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I wanted to see the doctor who did my cataract surgery because I am again seeing “halos “. I wasn’t allowed to do that without seeing Dr Hayes first. She only had one technician, so she was running 30 minutes late. The technician did testing and put in drops. Dr Hayes came in, looked briefly, and said I needed to see the other doctor. I already knew that! I couldn’t get an appointment for two months. I had also asked about dry eyes; I signed a form to guarantee payment. However, she did nothing about it’s done just sent me on my way.

Dr. Hayes takes her time and listens. She is very thorough!

Dr. Hayes took me as a patient about 4 years ago to clear up a strange diagnosis. Each visit she takes the time to know me, ask about what I have been doing since last visit and does a thorough exam. Between Dr. Hayes and the staff, all steps are explained to me about what is and will happen along with why. That is important to me so I understand both the process as well as final diagnosis. I am forever thankful for finding Dr. Hayes and her staff when I did as I know my vision needs will be taken care of now and far into the future.

I saw Dr. Hayes for eye pain, irritation, and blurriness. Dr. Hayes showed true concern for what I had going on. I found her to be very professional, yet friendly. I was very pleased.

Dr. Hayes saw me the day I called with a concern about a large floater in my good eye. Havi g had cataract surgery 2 weeks. prior, and being very nearsighted, my concern was damage to my retina. She was friendly, informative and frank. She took great care to examine the eye closely and encouraged me to see my retinologist. Thankfully, I did just that as I had a retinal tear which they fixed. I cannot praise Dr. Hayes highly enough!!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Hayes. In this challenging time when only a limited amount of patients can be seen to ensure integrity of precautions for Covid I did not feel rushed during my exam. Dr Hayes carefully explained each step of my exam.

I took my elderly father to see Dr. Hayes twice. My father and I thought she was wonderful. She was easy to understand and took the time to answer all of our questions. Excellent doctor.

I brought my severely intellectually disabled brother to dr Hayes for annual eye exam. Although I have legal power of attorney and power of medical advocacy she nor her tech would talk to me. They directed all questions and information to him which he did not understand. Dr Hayes, if you took your 2 year old to the doctor, wouldn't you expect the doctor to address you? It was rude and condescending. My brothers health and welfare are important to me. Last years exam went fine. What happened?
