I have always had good results with Dr. Shepard. She is easy to talk to about any issues. She explains all options and discusses any concerns I might have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shepard.

I had the BioT procedure in September 2017. First problem the supposedly water proof bandage came off after about 3 days so I put on another water proof bandage the insertion site was bleeding and oozing and would not stop, Second problem the insertion site became infected so I returned to Dr. Shepard and another bandage was added and I was given antibiotics for the infection, did not help.. Third problem two BioT pellets came out in December...

Dr. Shepard has always taken the time to listen to my health concerns even when they are not in her area of expertise. She makes you feel like you are a close friend.

Horrible!!!!! I so mad at myself for going there. Doctor is not willing to help with problems I have developed after receiving the hormone pellets.. So beware,
