Worst doctor and office I’ve been to in my life. I’ve been to the office 3 times. First visit was ok, next two were complete disasters and I never saw the doctor even though they charged me on both occasions. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

Dr. Franklin and her team are incredible. To say that this is the most impressive medical team I have ever visited would be an understatement. Dr Franklin is thorough, compassionate, never rushed, and makes you feel like you are her most important patient. I would give her a 100 stars if it was an option.

Doctor told me she didn’t know how to treat a condition on my hand, so she referred me to a Mohs doctor who took a biopsy and determined it had pre-cancerous cells, so he gave me some cream to put on it. Came back for annual check-up with Dr. Franklin and I mentioned the condition came back. Once again, she mentioned she didn’t know how to treat it, left the room and never came back. After 40 minutes, I went out and asked if I was done, and the receptionists said I could go. Sensing the incredible incompetence in this doctor and this clinic, I decided I deserved to see someone who knows what they are doing. I found a tremendously better doctor and they properly treated my condition. Better doctors are out there and this clinic is a bad joke.

Dr. Franklin is an amazing doctor and person. I have only known her from a few visits over the years if mole removal,etc. but recently sent my husband there to have a skin patch checked out. Beyond our wildest imagination we would’ve never guessed it was stage 4 bowel cancer. She referred us to oncologist and has checked in made suggestions and talked with us even after it is out of her hands. I have never had a doctor call us from their cell phone while at their kids carline before. She truly cares and is an amazing, positive person. Would recommend her 100,000 percent to anyone.

Dr Franklin is very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about her patients.

Not there when you need them! My son has been seen by Dr. Franklin more than once in the past few years. He developed a rash that was itchy. His regular doctor sent him to the walk-in clinic and they could not identify the rash. Tried to get him in to see Dr. Franklin and was told they could not get him in for over a month even though I explained that the rash was itchy and bothersome. How can a doctor do this to a child? I have always had a good experience here. Dr. Franklin is warm, personable and answers all my questions. I’ve never had to wait long and never rushed when seeing Dr. Franklin.

I highly recommend Dr. Franklin. She is thorough and compassionate. She caught my melanoma very early on. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could!

I have been a patient for Dr. Franklin’s for many years. My husband and my three kids also see Dr. Franklin. She is warm and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable. She never makes me wait too long. Her staff is very courteous. She always offers me free samples. I also love the Skin Spa! Tara makes my skin look great. I highly recommend Dr. Shelly Franklin.

Writing on behalf of my Mom... She waited 45 minutes for the Dr to get off her butt and do her job, spent less than 5 minutes with her!!! The Dr basically ran out of the room, couldn't be bothered, didn't make eye contact, answered no questions. Unprofessional and unkind! DO NOT GO HERE

Took the morning off work told my professor’s I wouldn’t be at school due to a skin problem my doctor were having trouble diagnosing. They referred me here and they cancelled on me 2 hours before the appointment. Then she told me I can’t get in until February 4 months from now!

Saw this doctor 3 years ago, when calling to make an appointment was told she would not take new patients she hadn't seen in the past 3 years. She had seen me in past three years but I had to explain to the person on the phone that I was within the three years. Then told I could not get an appointment for 4-5 months because she only works 2 days a week. This is what needs to be reformed! Doctors make so much bank they are impossible to get in to see. They were recommended. I made an appointment and they said 6 months. That's a long time. So I told him I would like to get established with the doctor, not an NP. He said ok. They called me shortly before to confirm our appts with the NP. I said NO! I made them with the Dr. They said no, too bad. I cancelled them and called the office to talk to the manager. I told her that was not right at all. She was very nice and set up an appt for me with the doc, and my son stayed with the NP. He was worried about acne and I figured that was pretty routine. I was not happy at all with her treatment of my son though. She wanted to give him finacea, which is typically for Rosacea, and it's super expensive. I asked her if they had samples, and they said no they do not ever have samples. She also said she uses it. Hmmm, can't help but wonder. It didn't work for him, so they wanted to give him something else very expensive, no samples. I ended up going somewhere else. And they have samples. Saw the doctor and she was okay. Have seen Dr. Franklin numerous times and have always found her, and her P.A., and partners, to be extremely professional, very personable, and very skilled in diagnosis and treatment. I drive past many other derm's to be treated by this group and have never had a bad experience such as other reviewers have posted.

Have been going here for the last 10 years, and I have never had anything but amazing service. Very knowledgeable and my entire family sees Dr. Franklin as well. I have convinced others to go here and everyone has told me they were very pleased. I also saw someone comment that they never give samples which I have not experienced. I Love Shelley Franklin. Have been seeing her for years as does my husband, son, his wife and her Mom. Dr. Franklin takes her time with you giving you her full attention, very thorough and answers all your questions treating you as if you're the only person in the office. Never had to wait long. Office staff extremely friendly. I have been to other Franklin Dermatologists that were hurried, impersonal,didn't know you from Jack when you came back to them. Shelley Franklin is a warm and caring, down to earth physician who knows her stuff remembers you. I truly appreciate that. I Love Shelley Franklin. I read one or two (possibly same person) negative views about Dr. Franklin and was a bit nervous to see her, but i decided to ignore those reviews and focus on the positive ones and I am glad I did! While I have to wait 20 minutes or so to see her, once I am in with her, she is great. She is so friendly and did not seem rush or try to hurry me. She addressed my questions with patience and care. I would highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Franklin has been my doctors for over 3 years now. She is awesome. I have a history of melanoma and she is very thorough and understanding. I could not ask for a better dermatologist.

Simply the best. They get me in and out and take most excellent care of me. Anybody that would give these folks a 1 star rating are probably 0 star people!

The one star reviews surprise me. I'm pretty hard on service providers and this is one of the most efficient, friendly and capable places I've been too. As a result, I also use the services at the Skin Spa. I love the fact that they don't push product nor service but personally address what issues YOU want to address and your budget considerations. On the dermatology side, we've taken our daughter there for years and have always been please. The one star reviews surprise me. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin. She identified melanoma that others had missed and, because of the early diagnosis, was able to take care of it with limited impact. She is thorough and has demonstrated authentic care for me and my health in multiple ways. In addition, her staff has always been responsive and caring. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would.

Months to wait. Telling people that the PA is the same as a Dr. Making appts with the PA even when the Dr. is requested. Condescending nurse. No samples for meds that they say they use personally. Not happy with them at all.

Office staff was incompetent, giving me the wrong appointment time and disregarded my 45 min wait saying that my appointment wasn't for another 30 minutes but wait could be an hour. When I asked why she didn't notify me of that when I checked in for earlier appointment time, she responded that she made a mistake but I couldn't see the doctor until later appointments (who had not arrived) were seen. No apology or attempt to mitigate her error was made. Extremely unprofessional. Will find different doctor as this was my first impression of her practice.
