Dr. Shelandra Bell

She was enjoyable in person, but she failed in communication. I could never get a response from HER on the portal...it said she'd respond within 48 hours. I waited over three weeks for a reply. Nothing. But, I did get erroneous information from the staff. I found one of her staff to be unprofessional and incompetent in communications. I will not be going back. I do not trust her now. I'm not sure if she's a good doctor or just a good conversationalist. I need a good doctor.

If I could this would be a 0 because I have contacted them for weeks and the office can't seem to get things right. Also I was told the Doctor has 10 days to sign a piece of paper and hand it back to me. I need this signed ASAP. My insurance wont wait that long. The office already messed up for two weeks before that. They need to get it together. Or they will be losing lots of patients
