Great people and great service I've been going to dr.farley for sometime now her staff make sure you're comfortable and they make you feel at home on that note you don't have to worry about a thing from the Time you step into the office and when you leave your appointment.

Most incredible Dr. In the world! I was in immense pain and called her office as a new patient, they fit me into an early appointment right away for what I thought world be a simple extraction. It turned out to be much worse and I needed serious work that took nearly an hour, but Dr. Farley did not falter and got me taken care of with the utmost care. For the procedure I just endured, it should have been a lot more painful, but Dr. Farley made sure I was in no pain, no matter how difficult the procedure. 3 crowns! All came of at least once! Some as many as three times. Finally went to a real dentist! So I paid her and paid someone else to fix them. I'm going to sue and report this to everyone I can possibly reach. Contacted her for a refund. She wanted to try again?! Would be my 7th time to let her try. Shes just not able

They installed a crown March 2020 which I had to get fixed by South Mississippi Endodontics in April 2020. Then they filled the cavity (prepaid or I would have gone elsewhere) in June 2020 and I have been in pain ever since. I need to find a new dentist as I will not be using FFD for the obvious reason. How many times should I request my medical records and be ignored because I've tried 3 times so far to get them. Staff is efficient, professional, and personable. They listen to your needs, and won't push you to get extra work done. They'll work with whatever financial situation you're in, and you'll get an amazing cup of soup/stew on your way out. This is my new dentist for any future work done.

I can't express how comfortable and relaxed these people in this office made me. I have fibromyalgia, agoraphobia and cptsd. They treated me with kindness and compassion. I got through it. I had my teeth cleaned and an exam on my first visit. They hygienist was so friendly and entertaining that it was actually pleasant. Going to the dentist...pleasant...who knew?

Worst dentist office ever. Will never go here again. Still trying to charge me 8 months later for services never received. Dentist was rude to her assistants, not a child friendly environment either.

Disgraceful practice! We’re military & had just relocated to the area for our duty station & with that needed to get all medical & dental providers. Had we been informed when we made our appointment, during which I informed them of who our insurance carrier was and that we were new in the area on military orders, we would’ve chosen another provider who was in network! Not only did they do a pitiful job with my young children who didn’t like their office, they also charged $728 for a regular 6 month cleaning for two kids one of which had nothing done other than a flossing & brushing! I will never use or recommend this practice to anyone for anything! The admissions clerk was so rude and unprofessional. I came in for an emergency extraction. I told her what my insurance was and she said she would have to reschedule my appointment because it’s inconvenient for her to look up my insurance since she had other patients, she said this at 11:09, my appointment time was for 11. Mind you I got to my appointment 20 minutes early, so you have at least until 12 to verify my insurance. The dr came in and was really nice and was able to see me even though the admissions clerk was acting ignorant. The dental assistant she had with her was really polite as well. You all should definitely consider retraining your admissions clerk. I know y’all didn’t HAVE to see me but since y’all were ABLE I should have been treated with more respect. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The environment of the awesome was unique and comfortable. After the procedure was completed they even provided a delicious lunch to go. Awesome service that I DEFINITELY recommend. They have a guaranteed future customer here.

I have a severe fear of the dentist. I don't mean like "eugh I don't like going." I mean "I will have an anxiety attack because I am in here." However, Dr. Farley and her staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Their customer service goes above and beyond. And yes, I did still have a (small!) anxiety attack, but the difference was that they helped calm me down and assured me that things were alright. I felt safe. Please believe the bad reviews! I thought everything was fine here and went for a long time. I then supposedly needed a crown that I paid hundreds for. My insurance did not think I needed it for a year and a half until they finally paid out the claim to the dentist, and only after their office staff FORGED my signature on appeal paperwork. They had no permission to do this, even if it was on my behalf and helpful to me. Now, after all the battling, they call to tell me there is still a balance of hundreds because their original "estimate" was apparently WAY off. My crown that Farley did hurts all the time now when it never did before and my new dentist wants hundreds to fix their mess up that I still owe on! What a shame. Not to mention they quit taking my insurance for over a year before I figured out why I was getting all these unusual charges at my and my children's cleanings. Please question what you're signing here!!! Not to mention they take no blame for any of these events or issues. Great taking care of military families here! Dr. Farley is an amazing dentist. Dr. Farley is more of an explanatory dentist. She is more about the patients that she cares for. Her hygienist is great at her job. Her whole team provides the best customer service experience you can get.

My husband travels for work and is rarely home. Rather than addressing cavities forming in the front of his mouth during his first visit, staff insisted he get cleaning and scaling done first. At the end of the process, he went in to get cavities filled and Dr. Farley refused. Basically, by putting him off for several months, he went from need fillings to needing new teeth in the front of his mouth. I will never use this office again. Cost us so much time, pain, and money.

Make sure you have money when you go in. They never told me just to have my teeth cleaned that I also needed an xray and other stuff. And that my insurance didn't pay them anything. You have to have money in hand to do business here.

Dr. Farley and staff are always fantastic but today they went above and beyond! My son drove down from Hattiesburg for his appointment but it turned out his appointment was not until the following Friday. The hygentist saw him for his cleaning anyway! I love that they are always so accommodating!!

The people there are very friendly. However, the Office Manager is incompetent. He does not understand proper billing procedure and repeatedly double billed both myself and my insurance company. When confronted with the errors, his response was to scream, curse and threaten. Eventually, my insurance company forced them to refund a portion of my overpayment. They went as far as to completely fabricate appointments.

I went in recently to get my teeth cleaned, and the staff who cleaned the teeth was very friendly and nice, gentle with the job, and made light-heated jokes.

I normally have a big problem getting numb when going to the dentist. Dr. Farley was able to get me numb without an issue. Also this was the first time I've never felt the injection. She extracted 6 teeth at once and allowed one tooth to fall down my sons throat causing him to choke, they she blew it off like it was nothing and said it happens all the time .....Really Ms Farley..so unprofessional and expected to still be paid for her careless negligence. This place is top notch. They are all so nice, the ladies are beautiful, a they give you food after you're done. They do the job and they do it right. They also accept the Tricare dental.

Dr. Farley made a fantastic custom sports mouth guard for me several months ago. It has been amazing! The fit is exponentially better than the home kits that you buy in the store and provides MUCH more protection. Since the home kits are made to fit everyone… they don’t really fit anyone. My new custom mouth guard is comfortable and still allows me to communicate while I have it in. I could not ask for a better mouth guard to use during my daily mixed martial arts training.
