My husband has a GFR of 28. We asked about diet and she made no suggestion to see a dietitian. My husbands pb taken at the office was 110/70. I said you need to retake it. They didn’t and she then wanted to cut his blood pressure meds in half.. he took his and it was 140/81!! Looking for another dr.

Dr. Raza is one of the most sincerest nephrologist I've ever met. She helped me set up with dialysis before my kidney transplant and then helped with the kidney transplant process as promptly as she could've. She has genuinely suggested what to do each appointment as my GFR kept dropping. Highly recommend her for someone like me who had compete kidney failure then dialysis then kidney transplant and then transplant care issues. She is very friendly and thoroughly answers any questions you may have. She is very accommodating with schedules and has come visited me while I'm doing dialysis.
