Took me seven calls, four transfers, and over 97 minutes on hold to get an appointment - 6 weeks out. The posted phone numbers are wrong, and her staff seem to be looking for reasons you CAN'T get an appointment. AND I got a humiliating, almost cruel grilling over the phone about medical history just to get a second opinion!!! I have been meeting with various surgeons for a second opinion, and it took 2 minutes to get an appointment in the next week at those offices. I heard good things about Dr. Willey at GW, but Inova seems completely off on the patient experience. Dr Willey is a real professional and and awesome surgeon. God used her to save me from losing my life to cancer. Thank you Dr. Willey

Dr. Willey was disrespectful and dismissive when I met with her. She made recommendations based on her own perspectives, without factoring my lived experiences into the calculation. I would not recommend this surgeon to family or friends.

Dr. Willey and her team provided the best care possible in my opinion. She and her team took great care to explain my breast cancer and fully explain treatment options. They provided the much needed confidence and understanding I needed to feel comfortable with the surgery from start to finish. I felt great before, during and after surgery. All said I cannot imagine a better experience and outcome! I would highly recommend Dr. Willey - she is absolutely the best!

Dr. Willey did my surgery to take out multiple fibroma lumps from my breast. She is the best, and I definitely recommend her! She is so professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. She knows exactly what she's doing and has been so understandable and easy to communicate. The operation was done so skillful. I can hardly find the scar left behind. My experience was wonderful with her team and felt almost no pain. What a wise doctor!
