Dr. Shawn Beagley

Dr. Bagley treated me too professionally. I went through a long examination and I even apologized a few times that it was difficult for me to understand, and he ignored it rather than reassuring me. I didn't feel any empathy for my frustration during the exam. He is thorough in his diagnosis, but speaks very loudly. I ultimately found out that my glasses were just adjusted improperly. Their prescription is accurate and so are the glasses. I spend alot of money at Costco. I have an executive membership and use the pharmacy for all mediactions. I understand he is an independant doctor, yet he is located at Costco and by that affiliation ought to treat the customers in a kindly manner. I just bought contacts and two pair of glasses, and do every year. I would hope for better personal skills in a physian. This is not the first time that this has occurred with him. I will choose another optician going forward.

I have never ever met such a rude receptionist in my life and that is Jennifer. Stay away at all cost. I was on the phone with my insurance and i asked her a question and caught her in a lie. She carried on shouting out at me and so i shouted back. I am a human and not a dog and i should be spoken to like a human and not a dog. She said i was being rude and being someone out of the country not understanding how this works. Its crazy. I am and dr frischknecht basically said hurty up when i was trying to put a complain and he said he had other people. There was no one behind me. I have never met a rude office in my life. The receptionist named Jen is amazing!!! Shes so nice a patient, especially when fitting for contacts.

Very professional, the doctor clearly explained everything in detail. Itwas quick yet thorough exam from beginning to end only took 20 minutes for both me and my lady.

I am not crazy about Dr. Beagley. I have been there @ WVC Costco for glasses in 2014 and 2017 and he was in a hurry both times, and he made me kind of nervous, thus he didn't really do a good job prescribing glasses. I was unhappy with the glasses (Rx) and returned them. I won't waste my money on him again.

Amazing! My daughter was so scared to try contacts- but his office was so patient with her. They spent over an hour kindly helping her and making her feel comfortable. His assistant was very aware of her needs and was so wonderful! They paid close attention to what would work best for her. Great experience!

My first experience with Dr. Beagley was great! He was very personable, knew exactly what he was doing, and taught me everything I wanted to know about my eyes. I feel like eye doctors are very hit or miss, and I've unfortunately had only bad experiences with them, but Dr. Beagley was a truly a breath of fresh air. I'm excited to make him my regular optometrist.
