Dr. Rai provided a seamless, stress-free procedure for my wife's wisdom teeth removal. He is straight-forward and honest and we would 10/10 recommend. He called to check on her two days later himself - very appreciated. The rest of the staff was WONDERFUL to work with and so nice.

He was very friendly, professional put me at ease regarding my procedure def one of the best doctor’s I’ve encountered.

I recently had a molar extracted and I was very nervous! DR Rai and his staff are amazingly kind and focused on the patient first! They educated me and calmed my fears. I was so impressed that DR Rai himself called me the next day to check on me. I have not see such great service from a DR and staff in years!!! Grateful!

Excellent experience for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Rai and his team are wonderful people who made the whole process from start to finish stress-free. Very professional but also very welcoming and friendly and kind. The precautions they took during the covid-19 pandemic was also satisfactory. Prices are very fair. Communicated outstandingly with my 'driver' and family post operation. Highly recommended

Excellent Dr. He is very thorough, takes his time with each patient. After my wife's surgery he personally called the next day to see how she was doing. Everyone in the office follows his lead in being kind, patient and empathetic.

I called Dr. Rai's office based on a recommendation I received from a friend. I called them and, from the very beginning, his secretary was incredibly helpful, straight to the point, yet understanding of my situation and empathic. She followed up with a call as promised and got my consult and surgery scheduled for three days later only because they are not open on weekends. The experience at the office was nothing but amazing. Dr. Rai and his whole staff are very kind, patient, professional, yet warm and nurturing. I felt cared for and regarded at all times and I have already referred a friend for the same type of surgery. 150% recommended. The way they treat patients should be the standard and it's sad that I am so surprised by it. They definitely set the bar for what excellent care should be.

I had a really good experience. Everything went really smooth, Dr. Rai was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. They made sure I didn’t feel any pain at all for the procedure.

Dr. Rai and his staff Did an amazing job from informing me on the process of my procedure to the actual procedure itself. I am amazed at how easy they made this happen for me. I would recommend him to everyone I know for their orthodontic needs.

Excellent speedy service, even if the laughing gas didn’t work on me as it should have. (Not on them, my body is just stubborn) I don’t have health insurance, but they still saw me promptly and helped me with getting payments done. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I had a short-term need to have a tooth extracted and a bone graft accomplished in preps for a future implant. The staff was excellent in getting me in to see Dr Rai in only three days, and then Dr Rai was excellent in providing a consult and the surgery in the same afternoon. His explanations of the situation and the recommended procedure were both easy to understand and thorough. The entire team made the experience very comfortable.

My son had all four wisdom teeth extracted, they explained everything to me very clearly. He had no issues, everything went smoothly. Everyone in the office was professional and polite. I would recommend Dr. Rai to anyone.

Dr Rai and his Team are amazing! They go above and beyond everytime. Everyone in his office is very kind and compassionate. I had my wisdom teeth removed 2 years ago and just recently I had to have 2 teeth removed that were causing an intense amount of pain. After each procedure I only required pain medication the first 24 hours and his Nurse called and checked on me.

Dr Rai and everyone at the practice were very caring. Very personable. My son had an excellent experience and smooth going procedure. Recommend highly.

The staff are all friendly and welcoming putting your mind at ease. Staff are knowledgeable and able to answer all your questions. Dr. Rai is a true master of his craft. I would recommend this surgeon to my family and friends. I recently had oral surgery and didn't d not feel any pain afterwards. This dentist is very safe to go to. The staff workers are very courteous and they even give you ice cream after the surgery. I felt no pain at all!!

I am a 70 year old woman who had a horrible experience with a dentist at 17 years old and have feared dentists since. My teeth got so diseased, I needed to have all my teeth surgically extracted. I shared my experience with Dr Rai and assistant Jessica and I was comforted by their compassion and understanding. Dr Rai spoke to me throughout the surgery letting know step by step what he was doing. This eased my anxiety/nervousness. My experience with Dr Rai and staff couldn't have been better.

I had a complicated oral surgery case with a high risk of post-surgery side effects (both temporary and permanent). My insurance paid only for other DMDs, but I decided to pay 100% out-of-pocket to have Dr. Rai’s expertise. My surgery was a success. While I did experience typical post-surgery recovery, I had none of the possible effects that had me so worried. Dr. Rai called me the day after surgery, and was available to answer all of my questions. I would refer all my friends/family to him.

Although she wasn't looking forward to the wisdom teeth extraction and surgical work, Olivia loved Dr. Rai and the entire experience...Loved that it was quick and for the most part, not as painful as she expected. Dr. Rai and the office staff were extremely nice and answered all of our in-office questions and call-in questions as well. Thoroughly impressed Dr. Rai made his own calls and followed up multiple times on Olivia's progress..Wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend Dr. Rai!!

Excellent experience, a little nervous going in but staff was friendly oral surgeon embraces technology to enhance the experience. After having all four wisdom teeth removed in one setting noticed minimal to no pain, procedure was a breeze, was made aware of potential complications none of which seem to have happened. Again great experience highly recommended

I was a little late for my appointment but the nurses insured me that it was fine. And made the check-in an easy process. They nurse; Deana that help prepare me for surgery was awesome. She helped me to relax while going under anesthesia. Dr. Rai was very great while I was going under. He did an amazing job. I wasn't in a lot of pain as I was expecting to be in. And I was helped all the way through from the beginning to way to my car. I am very pleased with everything.

I can't compliment this office enough. My wisdom tooth extraction was very quick and painless. Dr Rai. and his assistant were very polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable in what is usually an uncomfortable situation.

Thank you for your excellent treatment yesterday. You explained each and every step which put me at ease. Even though I was only having a small procedure, you encouraged me to ask questions if I had any. You also made it very clear that I could contact you after I went home if I had any concerns or questions. Staff was great!! Hard to imagine how pleasant the experience with Dr. Rai was. All I can say is if you need an Oral Surgeon, Dr. Rai is the one to see!

I was so impressed from the moment I walked into the office. I was greeted by name not by one staff member but both at the front desk. As I had another appointment immediately after my consultation that I had mentioned on the phone while scheduling, both staff members mentioned this. I knew from that point on the service and care I was going to receive would be EXCEPTIONAL. I have even received follow up calls from Dr. Rai himself to check on my recovery. Great experience. Went in nervous and apprehensive however Jenna and Dr. were both great. Everything was explained and made me feel more comfortable.

Dr.Rai and staff took really good care of me while I was there. They did and amazing job taking my 4 wisdom teeth out didn't feel a thing and it was super quick...

I have great insurance and they tried to tell me my out of pocket to extract ONE tooth (NOT a Molar,btw) was $928. REALLY??? After having to wait days, then come in with a horrible problem, I guess they thought they had me, but went to a different practice same day on the advice of my dentist and had same tooth extracted for $365. BEWARE!!!!!

Dr. Rai's practice takes great care and service. The staff were friendly and courteous, making scheduling easy. During my Phrenectomy procedure, Dr. Rai made sure I was calm and comfortable prior to going under the knife and proceeded with a gentle hand. I had no major discomfort or pain even after. I am extremely pleased with my results.

Horrible ran office. They had us wait over an hour before we were told that we missed our appt because we took too long to fill out their paperwork. Don't do business that treats patients like this.
