Best dr I ever seen very kind professional and caring thanks dr Patel I definitely recommend

Dr. Patel saved my life. I have been going through unbeatable pain after my spinal surgery over 3 years ago. Actually thought the worst about not wanting to live. She saved. Y life. Lyrica has done wonders for me. It raised my blood pressure to where I was afraid I wouldn't be able to take it. But, my wonderful physician Dr. Carlo Valencia prescribed me with the right medication. Dr. Patel saved my life. She is a ANGEL! I am able to cope with the pain. And smile and laugh again because of her. Can't do everything I used to. Like lifting and dancing (which I miss so much) But my pain is so bearable now. Love her so much. Thank you Doctor Patel. ❤

Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and caring on how he's treated me as a patient. He asks and listens to what ails me and follows through with the prescriptions that he knows will be effective for me in my treatment.

The Doctor is ok yes he listens but his front desk is the worse!!! There's an older lady that just comes across in the rudest way!! She has zero customer service skills which really jeopardizes the whole entire medical care. I had an emergency and all she did was give me trouble and didn't help me one bit which caused me to run to urgent care for help!! So what's the point of an OK doctor if the staff who makes up about 80% of our care and our time there is absolutely unprofessional and non productive! Not to mention the office is soooo old everything is dirty and old and messy, there's piles of files and things anywhere you go!! They use patient beds as tables! Dr. Patel is a rarity in a city that's all about maximizing the number of patients and minimizing time. He took his time with me and was very thorough in his questioning instead of just writing me a prescription. I appreciated his attentiveness and excellent bedside manner. Really lovely chap, would definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable and caring physician. Dr Patel has great patience and he actually listens to you and addresses your concerns.

Doctor spent adequate time with me, was really friendly, understood my problem, listened to me and offered good advice. No problem with his diagnosis at all. There are two staff members, one is very nice and friendly, but another is so rude and unprofessional, I am considering to stop seeing this doctor altogether because of her. First of all, she doesn't know her job, does so many recording and coding errors, and on top of that she is not willing to listen when you explain the issue. I just wish doctors were more careful selecting whom to hire.
