Dr. Sharon M Verdinelli

My family and I were patients of Dr. Verdinelli's for over 20 years. On a previous visit I was told I needed to have my teeth scaled. After talking with friends I was told it was a painful procedure so i subsequently called with concerns. I spoke with the receptionist, Joyce Kramer, the doctor's mother, and expressed my concerns. She rudely said "THEN DON'T HAVE IT DONE" and slammed the phone down and hung up on me. My family and I are no longer patients of Dr. Verdinelli's.

I have referred 8 people to dr Sharon's practice . All of them are thrilled with her. I noticed her sign over 15 years ago and even though she's not in my insurance I go there bc the whole place is GREAT. Let me be clear. I completely trust them. I would hand them a blank check. I have trusted my children to her care. She's gentle and very kind. You definitely don't need a specialty children's dentist bc dr S is wonderful. Her mother/receptionist is kind. Her hygienists are gentle.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Sharon's office for over 15 years, from the time I was a child. Dr. Sharon and her staff are gentle and kind. They truly care about their patients. Their office has always been immaculate, and they have always made me feel calm and at ease. I would recommend Dr. Sharon to anyone with confidence!

This office is horrible. would not refer to anyone!!! The Drs front desk staff is rude.The Drs receptionist/ mother is rude and unhelpful, talks over you and is a bully..

I would never go back to this dentist again!!! The front desk staff is horrible, rude talks over you, impatient, inconsiderate. Horrible!!! RUN DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!
