Dr. Sharon Ann Nickell-Olm

My appointment was every pleasant. I was met at the door by Nurse Vicki and taken to a room where she took my vitals and updated my medicine. Dr Sharon came in shortly and we discussed medical reports. She walked me to the front office where Lori made my next appointment. Dr. Sharon said she would send me a pin number to setup my portal. Received the pin and had problems, so I called the office and Jennifer walked me through it. Exceptional office staff. Pleasant, friendly and there to help you. (appointment was at 8:30 and I was on my way home by 9:15)

The nurse practioner who reviewed my paperwork was so unprofessional. She discussed my medicines in front of the whole staff while i was in waiting room. If I didn’t have to see her, i would love to have an appt there. Not great with someone with anxiety.

I tried this office for 2 1/2 years. I liked the doctor as a person but am very unhappy the way she runs her office. They refused to see me during my 2 weeks with the flu, she didn't even call...only called some meds into the pharmacy. Now they call me that the doc needs to see me for my yearly medicare questionair so she can bill medicare. When I told them I was still sick and wanted to see her this week they told me to find another doctor. She has made some serious mistakes so it is a relief!

Great Doctor! Dr Sharon listens and takes the time to understand your health concerns. I am so fortunate to have a Dr that i have complete confidence in and that I am 100% comfortable with!
