Dr. Cole and her entire staff are awesome. From the front desk and through out. I have never experienced such a caring group. Each one has made me feel at home. She has no bed side manner and her staff are incredibly rude. It seems she only cares for your checkbook. Will never go back.

Everyone at the office was extremely rude. This doctor does not care about patients. She literally said "I don't want to hear it" when trying to give medical updates. And my father, who has a lot of trouble walking, nearly fell at their office because staff actually REFUSED to help him. Cannot be trusted. If I could give less than 1 star I would. See at your own risk. She does not respect patients wishes or views. Her and the office staff were extremely rude, when their views did not align with ours. She pushed us off onto a different doctor. And although the patient needed assistance with his walker, they made him go back into the room alone so he could not be assisted and they did not hold the door for him, so he had to struggle with his walker and getting through the door. Honestly amazed this doctor is aloud to practice medicine, highly unethical. We felt discriminated against by the way she treated, or neglect to treat the patient. See at your own risk. Dr. Cole was so helpful towards me with my medical conditions. She was knowledgeable and showed a great deal of compassion towards her patients. She explained everything to me, showed so much investment into my time with her and was truly one of the best Dr.’s I have experienced in a while. Her staff was friendly towards me as well and went over everything with me.

I would give her 0 starts if possible! She has horrible bedside manners... She made my sick uncle get the covid vaccine in order to continue his cancer treatment with her... against other dr's advice my uncle got the vaccine... 1 month later she dropped him as a patient while he was in the hospital... Very Rude lady!

I was just referred to another Dr. by Cole as she will not see anyone that does not have the injections of experimental so called vaccine. I should be more afraid of her according to the CDC.

I personally have seen Dr Haq. after firing the Dr. at Easternwoods. He is very caring and compassionate Dr. I had to take my Mother in recently and meet Dr.Cole she is also caring and compassionate. They sit and listen to you. Make a game plan. If the employees didn't joke around with you like my mom said it would be so depressing. My wife just started with Dr. Cole and we couldn't be more pleased. The communication was great with both Dr. Cole and her entire staff. They are compassionate and supportive and clearly laid out the options and recommended treatments available. We saw no indication that Dr. Cole against second opinions. In fact, they offered to assist us making the appointment, including the Cleveland clinic. Dr. Cole's professional personality may not be straight lace text book, but she is open, honest and we personally find her refreshing and warm.

My husband was diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme grade 4 brain cancer back in April 2018. We went for a consultation with Sharon Cole in the beginning of April she spent a hour with us and at first we thought that she cared. BUT when my husband decided he didnt want to try the optune cap that Sharon Cole wanted him to try its as if she dismissed us. We never saw her again. Every time we went to her office she pushed us off to another doctor. I recently read a review from 7 months ago and I agree her office staff is Very unprofessional and rude. With the seriousness of the cancer we didnt want to change oncologists , but every visit was becoming more upsetting . As the wife I always had to remind the staff what treatment my husband was getting. This past Thursday November 1 , I got a voicemail telling me we needed to come back to their office November 2 to discuss treatment for the growing cancer. Which by the way our neurologist did not inform us yet of the results of the MRI . Sharon Cole's office left us a voicemail of the bad news before our neurologist could tell us personally. I called Cole's office to discuss their voice mail they left me and no one seemed to know what was going on . I spoke to a nurse named Becky who put me on hold numerous times I finally expressed my frustration with her that since the beginning of using Sharon Cole for my husbands cancer nobody knows what the left hand and right hand is doing. Then Becky the nurse tells me (the wife of the patient ) that they will transfer my husbands files to another oncologist. I asked why ? Becky said Quote "no body talks to her that way" They didnt even have the decency to speak to my husband who is the patient. So in conclusion if you want good care for a loved one with cancer DO NOT USE SHARON COLE as your oncologist I had to put one star to write review I give no star . Worst oncologist They do not care about their cancer patients. They never know whats going on. Their staff is rude and unprofessional especially a nurse named Becky. I say this because I expressed my frustrations about the lack of communication within their office and she said to me quote "nobody speaks to her that way" and they were sending my husbands files to another oncologist. Which is actually a blessing. If you have a loved one dealing with cancer DoNot go to this facility for care

I'm only giving them one star because this will not let me give a zero. Worst care I have ever seen. I have a family member being treated there and I cannot believe the level of rudeness and incompetence of the staff, mainly the office staff. There is no confidentially among the office. The nurses have never been able to get an IV in on the first try and often takes several sticks before they are able to get it. All around terrible experience every time we need to go there. I received the best care for breast cancer and chemo therapy at Dr. Coles office. I felt like I could ask any questions necessary and she was thorough and took all the time I needed to explain my treatment and my options. The chemo nurses were all awesome as well. Dr. Cole worked with my surgeon and radiation oncologist to coordinate my care so everything was in sync with the whole team. The office staff is rude and incompetent, mainly the reason for the poor review but decided to get a second opinion on my care and ended up changing doctors, just couldn't trust this place.

Dr Cole is awesome! Very friendly and compassionate. I was diagnosed with an emergency situation while I was on a family vacation! She contacted me several times a day until my return home including one of those days being a holiday! She also had me seen at The James Center and surgery was performed with in 2 weeks of diagnosis! She is knowledgeable and passionate about treating cancer in the most up to date way! Her office staff is awesome !

Dr. Sharon Cole saved my life with her fast action of finding the treatment needed to give expertise care to extend my life of fighting an incurable cancer. She is extremely compassionate, sincere and continues to give Hope. I highly reccomend Dr. Sharon Cole to be the Oncologist for you or your loved one.

IT'S ALWAYS A SHOCK WHEN YOU ARE REFERRED TO A SPECIALIST AND THE STAFF AT ORION CANCER CARE WHERE HELPFUL IN SCHEDULING AND VERY UNDERSTANDING . I WOULD TELL EVERYONE TO SEE DR COLE OR DR HAQ AS THEY WERE BOTH VERY INFORMATIVE AND COMPASSIONATE.

Dr. Cole was fine until my mom wanted a 2nd opinion, then Sharon became unprofessional and took it personally. When she told my mother that the treatments were not working she was NOT, I repeat, NOT compassionate. I would not recommend her.
