I have been very happy with Dr. I and Sheila since day one. You couldn't ask for a better team !

Having been a patient for some ten years, I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim. My back issues gave me considerable pain, but under his caring guidance, that is all behind me. He is a listener, his methods are conservative and when he recommended surgery, I was ready with his recommendation to an excellent surgeon. I continue to see him for regular follow ups and trust his advice for staying pain free.

Great doctor. Not interested in giving you addicting pills but wants to help you get better and stay better

I have nothing but good things to say. He listens, he cares, he does the right thing. He doesn’t try to push drugs and doesn’t try to push procedures. My wife and I have been very happy with him. We have sent many of our friends to him, mainly seniors, and they all say he is very kind to them all. He gets us in quick, the wait time is maybe minutes, and he can usually squeeze us in within a week most times. Very happy with him I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve seen Dr. Ibrahim over the last 5 years. He already gets me in quick, and I rarely wait long. Usually I just need a shot and I’m good for a few years. I’ve had shots by other docs and they hurt and didn’t work. His are much better. He never rushes and slows us reviews everything even if it’s before I get the same shot. Only complaint is he does his injections at the hospital now. Which is fine, I like the hospital, parking was just easier at the old office. No real complaints. I’ll see him when I need him. Dr. Ibrahim has been our doctor for several years.He is kind, explains treatment well and treats our pain with the best treatment for the condition.

Pain management only injection no pain pills insurance denied injections so I left office with no pain management, total Wast of my time

Great experience with this Ibrahim for back pain. Their office got me in fast and I waited maybe 3 minutes to be seen. The facility is conveniently located. It's modern, clean and appears to be a well-oiled machine! Doctor spent time with me and helped me make an important (non-invasive) choice as a second opinion to my first doctor. His opinion aligned with my chiroprator's opinion. I also liked his bed-side manner. Very conversational, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I went to see Dr. Ibrahim for back pain. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He didn't recommend a bunch if unnecessary procedures or recommend addicting medicattions or rush my appointment like the previous doctors I've been to before. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I only saw Dr. Shariq M. Ibrahim once for a consultation and I can say that he is polite and does do what you ask him to do but at the same time, he looks as if he can't wait to leave the room. Something that I don't find to be a huge problem. The staff at his office is a different story though. ISPC in Munster Indiana is by far the worst of all pain management centers in the area. The secretary, which I believe is named Mallory and the staff are horrible. First off they are extremely unorganized. I've been waiting for three weeks for my appointment to take an injection. Keep in mind that I am in a lot of pain and the secretary decides to process the preauthorization request with my insurance company, one day before I am supposed to take the injection. Meanwhile, she had 3 weeks. When I asked her to tell me when she filed the authorization request, she refused to tell me but instead said how I could pay for the injection. Why would I pay when I have insurance? I also gave them 3 weeks to process the authorization request. I suffered for 3 weeks and then one day prior to my appointment, she calls me to tell me that she didn't get the authorization request? Why did she wait this long? When I told her that I will file a complaint with Dr. Shariq M. Ibrahim she said she doesn't care and hanged up the phone on me. I then called my insurance company to see if an authorization request was filed and they said that they have nothing on record. When I called Dr Ibrahim's office, someone other than Mallory picked up. When I told the other girl that the authorization request wasn't filed, she said I'll tell Mallory. When I asked her what's the point because Mallory doesn't do her job, she hanged up the phone on me as well. I then went to the office to file a complaint and when I asked for Dr Shariq M. Ibrahim, she rolled her eyes at me and said he's busy and whether I'd like to speak to the manager. I said no. She said well you might end up waiting for Dr Ibrahim all the day. I said fine. First off, I didn't want to speak to any other staff member because it seems like they are all covering up for one another. Needless to say, I never got to speak to Dr Ibrahim but spoke to Lorraine Widdall, MS, APRN, ACNS, BC instead. As I expected, she was of no help and blamed all of this on the staff of my previous doctor. First off, my doctor faxed over the paperwork 2 weeks ago and Dr Ibrahim is well aware of this. I actually had to call the office of my previous doctor because Mallory kept blaming them. When I called, they told me that Mallory isn't telling them what they need. Also I've seen other doctors in the area and all of them had my paperwork right on their desk when I arrived for my appointment. Only at ISPC are they incapable of processing paperwork. Needless to say, Lorraine Widdall (the manager) didn't even let me say what I had to say. She immediately told me that I have to find another doctor and how she could help me find one. First off, I can find a doctor on my own. I would have already found one if ISPC wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time. So I waited through all this while being in so much pain when I could have already taken the injection somewhere else. I only waited for Dr Ibrahim because he seemed like a good doctor but I don't know whether he is or not. If he's like his staff, I'm glad I never got to find out. I only saw Dr. Shariq M. Ues his practioner..Keeps you on medication. Then cuts you off. Hardly ever sees you.
