Dr. Shari Alissa Berg

I have followed Dr. Berg through several locations as she is one of the best doctors I've ever visited. She is always personable and takes all the time we need to make sure any questions I have are addressed completely. I believe there should be a partnership between patient and doctor, and Dr. Berg agrees with that completely. She makes sure to give me options for any concerns I have without talking down to me and isn't a 'pill pusher'. I trust her judgement.

Dr Berg is the best doctor I have found out there, caring, compassionate and always returns calls. I have been with her for over 15 years, she is available 24/7, gives patients her utmost attention. I wanted others to know if you are looking for an awesome doc you need to see Dr Berg!!!!

No other doctor takes the time like Dr Berg does. I have been going to her for 10 years. She is a very well educated doctor. Never rude, always caring. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Berg is hands down one of the best doctors I have been too. I would follow her wherever she goes. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Not a great experience so far My first appointment was with the office Nurse Practioner. He was rather callous when I TRIED to discuss with why I was seeking a new general practioner and leaving my last. Dr Berg then canceled my first appointment 2 days before. I get it... things happen. So I rescheduled for 2 weeks. But when I asked for a letter so I can have an accomodated desk AT MY WORK, she refused till she sees me. Mind you, her office filled out the form already for my disability PARKING PASS. This is so I dont have sit in 1 position for long periods of time which is very painful. The office person who called me back made it seem like I was asking the doctor to testitfy in federal court. I was just a freakin desk that rises and lowers. I see quite a few positive reviews for this doctors. I guess I will have to wait and see. So far, I am not feeling very welcomed. Not a real doctor. Pretends to be a psychiatrist and threatens their patients.

Dr Berg has been my doctor for about four years. She is the best! She explains everything to me and is compassionate. Would recommend her to anyone!

Does not give proper care. Will not authorize proper tests. Denied me a chest x ray. Diagnosed by another as having lung cancer. In my opinion, this office should not be in existence.

Dr Shari Berg has been my Primary Dr for about 10 years! I am so very lucky to have found her because of problems due injuries I suffer from as First Responder to the WTC on 9/11/2001 in NYC. Her staff is always friendly & very helpful, Nick the Nurse Practioner is a blast & I would recomend her to anybody... To nybody!

Dr Berg is so very rude. I will be filing a complaint with the state medical board and CMS/ Medicare for unethical treatment of patients.

Worst place ever will never go back and told her so , I would advise my worst enemy to go to her.

Today I had an appointment at 1:30pm with Doctor Shari Breg to go over 2 health concerns. I get to the office and go in. Everything is normal up to this point. Then I go to sign in and get told I have no appointment. I said no I do have an appointment today. I stood at the counter arguing with the people making the appointments for 5 minutes before another employee comes out. She sits down and rudely says I have no appointment today. My response was to politely say, never mind, thank you for your time I will be finding another doctor. I refuse to see a doctor of whom's staff does not know how to first plan a client's appointment or if the appointment gets changed they do not know how to call and inform the patient. I have been a patient of Dr. Berg for some time now, and I can't say enough nice things about her and her staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and it also feels like family. You aren't just a name on a chart, they make a point of being personable, which seems to be a lost art in Medicine these days. Two thumbs up from me. =-)

I just got home from my visit with Dr Shari Berg. I had an excellent experience. She has the best crew from beginning to end. The girls that check me in are so much fun! They put me in a good mood right off the bat. All the assistance’s are great. They go about their work without any problems. The practitioner is excellent. I always feel better when I leave this office. I like them so much, I have referred two of my friends there. They both seem very satisfied. ???????? I just got home from my visit with Dr Shari Berg. We ar very satisfied with Dr.Berg and her staff, have been going here for about seven years, would recommand.

My appointments are met in a timely manner each time the waiting time is always reasonable. All my health questions are answered in a way i can understand, I have been a patient of hers for about 10yrs and am completely satisfied with the care i receive.

Excellent medical care. I have been a patient for years and refer all my friends and family to Dr Berg. You will not find a more caring dedicated Doctor.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Berg. She is always available and takes her time with us. We also love her staff, they are always friendly and helpful.

Dr Berg was very unprofessional. I've never had a Dr yell at me over the phone and not let me get a word in. She was also very rude to my Husband. There was a misunderstanding about a prescription and she accused me of doctor shopping. I've never had anyone especially a doctor speak to me the way she did. Please do yourself a favor and look for a different doctor.

If you want to just see this doctor, you can’t. The staff will tell you you have an appointment with her, but then lie and make you see the other doctor in office instead without informing you and requesting Dr Berg. Honestly I didn’t feel comfortable being alone with the other doctor in the office visit and told them so.. they didn’t care.. next appointment I requested only Dr Berg and the staff said yes, it’s with Dr Berg. Next visit/you guessed it/I’m stuck with other no-personality doctor! I had enough of the games they play at this office. DOCTOR A+ NURSES A+ STAFF A+ Office staff and nurses call to see how we are doing after recovering from an illness. Dr Berg called my home to welcome us to her clinic and she acquired some basic health information(never have I had a doctor call me at home). If I had to file a compliant against this clinic, I would not know where to start.

Dr. Berg seems a very competent physician, but you should be aware that she runs a "combination" practice, i.e., she prefers to do her specialties (cardiology, pain management) herself, rather than referring to specialists. In many instances, this may be fine, but in some complex situations, she may be going over her training.

Very kind, not a long wait at all. Would recommend her to anyone

minimum wait times - quick concise visits - informative............review of staff rudeness is 'bunk' - professionalism has nothing to do with rudeness ( they 'ain't there to be your friend), they are efficient and cordial.

I am a 70+ year old woman who has learned over time to choose female physicians for my health needs and, in my opinion, Shari Berg is an exceptional health professional!

I love her. Very friendly, takes time with you and answers any questions you may have. Very thorough work and makes good recommendations. I value her help and highly recommend her.
