Dr. Shanti Lal Bansal

Dr Bansal has been my doctor for 6 yrs. He is very attentive and will listen to and address my concerns.

The staff here are very rude and are truly incompetent. I've seen this doctor 2 times and the staff seem to be new every time I have gone. They don't know what they are doing on the computer and couldn't get my procedure scheduled in a timely manner. The doctor isn't much better. He spent all of 3 minutes with me and was on his phone most of the visit. He left the room to answer 2 different times.
