Had a 1 o’clock appointment and didn’t see Dr Shakamuri until 2:10. He did not read any of the paperwork or view the CT scan disc he requested until I was seated in the room. Would ask questions but didn’t I didn’t feel he was listening because he was reading the paperwork. He recommended a medication that I had already tried and it didn’t work and scheduled me for another CT scan at his location so he could see the results better. I have to take medication for an allergy before the scan and usually have to have the scan completed at a hospital. The receptionist got a little snippy when I asked her a question about the prescription. I truly hope he is a better surgeon than a “bedside doctor” I have seen the past two times. Praying that I never need to find this out.

Dr. Shakamuri did Robotic Transverse Colon Resection Surgery to remove a stage 2 cancer tumor. He explained the procedure beforehand so you knew what will be happening. He is a professional with a sense of humor that puts you at ease. We highly recommend Dr Shakamuri.

Dr S has a great attitude and made the procedure as easy as possible. I have worked with Drs in my field for years and they are not all equal. I thought Dr S was smart, personable and thorough. Would recommend to family and friends.

Knowledge and bedside manor a challenge to master. Dr Shakamuri is a gifted surgeon!

Dr. Shakamuri found my issue in a matter of minutes after suffering with this condition for 2.5 weeks. He addressed the issue immediately by scheduling surgery the next day. Outstanding surgeon whom is a very good listener and answers all your questions and concerns.

I have never meant such a unprofessional and non caring human being. Would not recommend him.

Grade 4 hemmorhoid, internal and external, Dr Shakamuri was awesome! Explained everything from the visits to the surgery, wonderful attitude, very friendly, excellent surgeon! Have already recommended to 2 other people I know for the same problem, would highly recommend again!!!

It's been 10 years since I met him and he did my colon cancer surgery. He is such a great professional! Very thankful and happy to be his patient.
