Dr. Shanta Srivastava

She is an amazing OB. She listens to you never rushes you and explains everything to you. Goes above and beyond for her patients. She has been my OBGYN since 2005. Delivered 3 babies.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Shanta and I didn't know until I was in the room and undressed that she was not there and Dr. Elias would be seeing me. It was my first time at their office so I was very surprised especially when I was expecting to be seen by a woman. The office is very short staffed. I felt bad for the receptionist who is the only one working in the office and was also his assistant in the room. So glad she is my Gynecologist, she was referred by a good friend who is also her patient. She has a very good clinical eye and reassured me, unlike my previous doctor who only sees me for a few seconds and never did a physical exam. Dr. Srivastava is very pleasant and nice. Very professional. 5 stars is not enough, you wouldn’t regret having her to take care of you. Thank you doctor. Dr Shanta delivered all 3 of my children. I have been going to her for over 25 years. She is kind, loving and a great Dr. She is caring and always explains everything. She is just amazing.

This is a review of the office staff and not the doctor- Dr Shanta is GREAT, she is very likable, and easy to speak with. This office is very much "old school". I wish i had known before going, they do not like to accept credit cards and you must pay with cash or check (which of course frightens me a little as your check will display your address, your bank, your routing number and account number), the front office lady is unfriendly. I forgot my checkbook (bc i hadn't written a check in about a decade), only to find out that they CAN run your card, the office just doesn't like to do it. There will be no printed receipt, you will get a paper receipt from an old timey book with carbon copy paper. No matter how many times i point it out, the front desk consistently misspells my name. The questionnaire that new patients completes needs to be updated, & lastly if you want a copy of lab, get it directly from the lab. This doesn't work for me, i prefer a bit more modern service.

Been going to Dr. Shanta for over 25 years, she is best!!! So kind, I always feel she has my best interest no matter what! Denise and Carmen are great as well, always accommodating! Love this office couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Dr Shanta is amazing I believe she is the best out there. She is very caring, considerate, knowledgeable, sweet, and mother like. The staff is beyond amazing carmen and Denise both work very hard to keep up with patients and office. I would recommend Dr Shanta to everyone she made this one of the best experiences in my life. This was my 2nd delivery and it was magnificent would not have had it any other way. Dr Shanta is amazing I believe she is the best out there. She's a great doctor! She said she's covered by Blue Shield of California and then I showed up for my appointment and they denied my insurance card! They asked me to pay $75 on top of the $40 co-pay what a joke .
