Shannon A. Roberts

She is a total quack and rude. Accused me of lying about my prescription that was sent by my regular doctor and accused me of wanting needles for use other than that which I was prescribed. All without bothering to look at my chart where she would've saw my meds. Also had to call several times just to get a phone call back.

I think the care I receive from Dr. Roberts is as good or better than any care I have ever received. She is obviously very knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed to give me the care and focus that I need.

I have had a lot of good Doctors though the years but Dr. Roberts is an exceptionally good doctor. I met Dr Roberts in 2015 right before I was diagnosis with cancer, she has been right on top of my medical needs often calling to make sure all other doctors have followed up.

I have the utmost confidence in Dr Roberts. She answers my questions and addresses my concerns. I would highly reccommend Dr. Roberts.

I don't know where the problem lies, but I can never get Dr. Roberts to answer a question that I call in and leave for the nurse to give her, or get refills done over the phone. Something is wrong when you have to start relying on the Office Manager to get the doctor/nurse to return your phone calls.
