Dr. Shannon Juno performed my hysterectomy. It was the best, most seamless surgical experience I’ve ever had. She took excellent care of me every step of the way and her follow up was unheard of, making sure I was not having any problems or complications. The St. Mark’s staff was also excellent.

Dr. Shannon Juno delivered two of my 4 children and she was the absolute best. She saw me through to the very end with each one and helped me though some minor health scares along the way. I had Hysterectomy surgery few months ago. First off Dr. Juno had her nurse call me to tell me I did not qualify for surgery. But few weeks later call me back to schedule surgery...? I called few times to say something doesn't feel right and all she kept telling her nurse to tell me is keep taking ibuprofen. It's like after surgery she washed her hands of me. I ended up suffering from severe migraines. But .was afraid to call to see if it was low hormones or something after being told just take pain pillmakes you just pretty much loose faith in the doctor I did my own research and after taking hormones supplement my migraine decrease I had Hysterectomy surgery few months ago. I just called today June 29th at 4:30 pm to make an appointment with Doctor Shannon. VERY RUDE receptionist I can’t explain how bad my experience was. She was rushing since she answered the phone not giving me enough time to answer, she was not polite at all and she hang up on me when I mentioned that the appointment day didn’t work for me, she didn’t even give me time to tell her the rest of my sentence. Horrible!!!! I have sent in bloodwork, called, sent emails and still no response. I don’t know if it’s that they have to much business or don’t care! Rude when they answer and act like they could care less!

Simply called to set up an appointment and the person on the phone had an attitude and was beyond rude. Glad I never actually gave them my time.

Dr Juno is great. I was new had a concern she got me in during holidays or right after. She didn't even know me and cared to insure I didn't have a cancer issue. She is professional

So far loving my obgyn, when I was about 4 to 5 months far along no obgyn would take me because of how far along I was, which I had no clue considering I've only lived here for about a year where I'm from you can get an appointment right away from any doctor but here I guess not but Dr. Juno took me in even though she was booked the staff's are very nice I love how sweet they are to my son when he has to tag along with me for my checkups plus they have toys for little ones to keep them occupied which I love! I have had a wonderful experience! Dr Juno is very sweet and understanding and has been very helpful since I have no clue what I'm doing FTM. The nurses are awesome, even if I call multiple times a day! I would recommend her to anyone.

She doesn't offer information; you have to know the questions to ask. She does the minimum to empower women to birth and care for their own babies. If you want completely avoidable iatrogenic issues at birth or a CS, then you want her. She's great at C-sections. The hospital where she delivers doesn't "allow" women certain rights, so if she wants to stay in business? locally, she must abide by their archaic rules. The staff are friendly enough as long as you blindly follow along w/o question?.

Dr Juno is an amazing Dr. She has always been up front and honest with me and also helpful. Her staff is amazing as well.
