She is wonderful. Always has time to answer your questions and concerns. Very polite and cheerful makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend
Waited more than 1 hour past my appointment time to see Dr. Margolis. Finally a nurse noticed realized I had been forgotten and went after Dr Margolis. I guess Dr was too busy or no where to be found because I ended up being seen by a resident. Dr margolis showed up for 5 minutes at the end of my consultation with the resident. She was dismissive and super rushed! I called Shirley Ryan to share my awful experience. They said they would address them with Dr Margolis but I was still charged for the visit with the doctor that I never had. I stopped going to Shirley Ryan and went to Rush where I got to be seeing by an actual doctor and received a correct diagnosis and treatment.
Absolutely first class. Understands physical as well as psychological connections. Gentle, kind and a real sweetheart.

She doesn’t help her patients, all the dr there are nothing but pill pushers and just prescribe whatever they want to make their patients happy. Her bedside manner sucks, and her nurses are ignorant. Would never ever go back to RIC again. She did nothing for me. I have way better care now, and not in pain anymore. All the dr there are pull pushers.
Dr.Margolis is amazing!!! I barely wait to get called in the room,she is interested in everything you tell her,very educated in what she does and very friendly! She knows what medicine is best for YOU and your health(non-addictive) which is great. I love the fact that she can explain different treatment options and let you decide what you want to pursue & are comfortable with. Also as soon as she got my results from my MRI she let me know right away. I recommend her before anyone!!!
Very rushed appointments yet somehow always running 30 minutes late. I've even had the first appointment of the day and had to wait 25 minutes. She is not helpful and does not individualize care. She does no favors nor cares for her patients on a personal level.
