I was new to the clinic, just went for a couple things. She did not like that I did not want them to check my blood pressure, I told her I monitor it at home. She told me she would never want me as her regular patient, which was fine, as I did not need to return to her. A few weeks later I received a certified letter from the Director of the clinic saying I was PERMANENTLY BANNED from all their clinic locations. She had gone out of her way to make sure I could never get care there from ANY doctor! She has some serious control issues. Beware!

I never felt heard nor helped by Dr. Eborn. I went back to see her for the same issues on multiple occasions and never received the help I needed, but was told simply "Well, it could be anything." I left in tears twice visiting her. On top of it, I have a very basic monthly prescription that I need filled every so often and each time she would order in the wrong prescription. EVERY TIME. Dr. Eborn made my medical life hopeless and challenging.

I went in to go see a physician due to a medical issue, Dr. Eborn didn’t gather any historical information, she felt very rushed and almost annoyed that I was there. I asked her for a referral as she said I needed something surgically removed (without clarifying anything) She didn’t give me any follow up information, and that her assistant would call me. Dr. Eborn is a marvelous professional. She focuses on total body. She reviews drug proscriptions/is current/and cares. What may confuse folk is that she keeps to schedule. That means she focuses on you; she does not keep you late; and she has time to see you again. My last note is that she treats you like an adult.

This doctor was on call when my son needed to speak to a doctor. It took her hours to return his call and when she finally called, she was rude from the minute she took his call. It is a Sunday but she was clearly having a bad day or unfit to deal with people who are scared and anxious.

I was going through withdrawal. She decided that yelling was the best way about going about our conversation. She does not have your health as her prerogative.

Felt very rushed and inconvenienced by my questions. I get a physical every year and am generally in good health. Not overweight or at any risk factors. Heaven forbid I come prepared like a good patient...

Dr. Eborn listens and takes whatever time is needed. Her advice and care has been very helpful.

She said my wife had shingles, turned out type 2 diabetes, doesnt return calls. Just like a politician in it for herself, never going back, like other reviews state WORST EVER. Do yourself a favor get or stay away from this woman

Terrible front office service. I called 9 times to make an appointment, repeatedly put on hold. Schedulers and nurses did not pick up. i was bounced around endlessly between operators.

Dr Eborn has been super hit or miss. A few appointments she listens well and actually talks with me about my questions, but more often than not it’s “try this pill” or “stop taking this med” and then she leaves without discussing what’s actually going on. This doctor does not understand the importance of continuity of care, was impatient with me, asked why I’m not seeing a doctor at our new temp assignment location.

She does not know how to communicate. Definitely does not care very much about her patients as she does not want to hear in detail about what symptoms you are having. It’s as if she hates her job and is trying to rush her patients. Worst doctor I have ever had.

I had a personal emotionally trying situation. She was fantastic. She did a back up call to see that the meds worked. She saw me every week until there was stability.

Dr. Eborn would not listen to me and prescribed me a medication I did not want to take, because it did not fit my diagnosis, and was not the medication recommended by another provider. I was told my reservations about the medication were due to my anxiety and that I could look up any medication online and become anxious about taking it. I was ignored, not listened to, and felt horrible after leaving her office.

I feel rushed and I do not feel that she wants to take the time to address my concerns. Every time I go, I am given a quick "you're fine". I will be changing providers.

She's nice and listens to me. She never makes me wait long in the room to see her either which is a plus to me!

I have never felt rushed by Dr. Eborn. She was the first doctor in years to listen to my symptoms and do something about them. She is an amazing physician and could not imagine going to anyone else. She is everything you want in a doctor. If you ask her questions she will answer them. Every time she has referred me to a specialist she has her secretary contact the office and from there I am contacted to set up my appointment. I appreciate the fact that she does not pretend to specialize in things that are not her speciality and is willing to pair me with someone who can give me the answers I am looking for. Dr Eborn has been amazing. I have not felt rushed, ever, while speaking with her. She has always asked good questions and given good advice to help me feel better. She has been very good helping me understand the importance of followuping with her, which I appreciate. She has taken the time to understand my situation so we can talk about it as a team. I was hospitalized with an infection that ate my flesh, I nearly died from liver /kidney shut-down. I saw Dr. Eborn twice, third time I called and asked for a refill of Glipizide for diabetes. She refused, stating I had elevated potassium. My blood sugar rose over 300. I called her office and pleaded for a refill of Glipizide, again refused. I was to increase the insulin instead. I lost my last RX of Lantus, and requested a refill. She refused until I came in for visit.

Couldn’t see my regular doctor and the front desk recommended Dr Eborn. She was very brief and condescending. Made a few assumptions that were not true and then made me wait around for a blood test that I had already had done with my primary care doctor that also works there. Terrible experience.

Every time I go to Dr. Eborn she is kind, but she only refers me to someone else for any problems I have. She checks my blood work, but that is all. Doesn't write me a referral or anything, but just says "go to an orthopedic surgeon", or "go to a hemotologist." Never a follow through, does not contact me for reminders for diabetic appointment follow up, and discontinued one of my medications without notifying me. Disappointed in my care. Dr. Eborn met with me briefly, diagnosed me with a condition without performing any tests or examining me at all. After explaining why I was there, she did everything to talk me out of my birth control of choice and told me my only other option was sterilization. This was the worst doctor appointment I have ever experienced. It is a pity, as her PA is a comprehensive and understanding health care professional. I got a second opinion by a fantastic MD who supported my birth control decisions.

As hard as it is for me to write this review, I feel that it may help someone in choosing a doctor. I, unfortunately, had a bad experience today with Dr. Eborn. I left in shock, offended, scared, and in tears. She didn't listen, made some very serious assumptions about my personal life, and sent me on my way. I have had a great experience at Foothill Family Clinic, but I won't be seeing Dr. Eborn again.

I've had two appointments with Dr Eborn (each ten minutes or less) and I've always walked out feeling like my health isn't her concern.

Poor personal service. Did not address immediate concerns. Left feeling like it was a waste of time and money.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Eborn and her staff. I was stuck in gridlock right outside her office-called and was told she was still with the patient before me. I arrived 2 minutes later, well within the 15 min grace period, 33 minutes before her practice closed. I was her last patient. She told her staff that I hadn't checked in within the first 10 minutes - despite calling and her still being with the previous patient. Apparently she wanted to go home. lt didn't matter that I was sick.
