After waiting 3 weeks to see this Doctor I was late 15 minutes due to getting poor directions from one of the nurses and was denied being seen. I am not from the area I just moved here(the reason I even decided to see this doctor), I never received a call to confirm or insure I even knew where the place was, never received information on where to go once arriving, no details on Covid19 precautions and had to switch days off work to make myself available! They then offered the earliest with any doctor 3 more weeks away!!! I will try my hardest not to use Missouri University healthcare going forward especially this practice. Definitely didn’t get the “family practice” feeling here, I will use my insurance and money somewhere else! I went to Dr. Misra for a routine appointment and asking for help with potential endometriosis. She only offered me the pill. I told her I didn't want to go on it, and she just shamed me. She made me feel stupid about asking questions and was very curt. I left in tears.

She is so sweet, very professional and helpful. Dr. Misra makes you feel comfortable during uncomfortable situations, and I’m very satisfied having her as my doctor!

I loved Dr Misra. She was always able to answer all of my questions and was always free to talk. She was never hard to schedule an appointment with and I used her for everything. I loved not having to see someone new for my GYNO needs. I sadly had to find a new doctor when I moved.

On my first visit, when I was determining my primary care physician, she was great. But since then, she’s curt, defensive when I ask for more information and I when I left I felt like crying. She was really combative and made me feel stupid.

Never! Dr. Misra collected many fees from me while telling me nothing! When I asked she told me she needed more tests to decide. After 2 MRI tests, one EEG, additional blood work and a multi hour extensive Psych review she only told me she agreed with the Psychologist and refused to explain the reason for the referral to her- Abnormal Brain MRI. When I asked about it she became defensive and informed me I could go to any doctor I want. I just spend 4+ visits, Ins was not going to pay twice!

Very good doctor. Cares about her patients and is very thoughtful about treatment.

Staff is efficient, courteous and professional. Dr. Misra was prepared, focused and took her time reviewing history and setting plan of care. Wait time was minimal and the entire process was smooth.
