Almost no waiting time. Front desk and assistances were friendly. Not sure about doctor yet.

Slow, non responsive, rude front desk staff, dr is always leaving early for the day or gone for weeks. Awful!

Outstanding doctor and medical team. I have been on this seemingly neverending hunt for a good doctor to address my husbands all too common medical needs as a complicated paitent with mental health issues. Someone who takes time to run tests and see him as a person not a number they want to get out of there room. The team works well together and her nurse is a real sweetheart. I have been a patient of Shalini Gupta, MD since she first bought her practice. Dr. Gupta is kind, compassionate and caring. She is always polite and is very up on new medications, their effects, and how they work. I have been a diabetic for over 30 years and Dr. Gupta has a great deal of expertise in this area. She has put me on a medication regimen that has kept my blood sugar to practically that of a normal person. I have a fused neck and complex nerve conditions and she manages my pain well.

She deserves zero stars. She neglected to provide proper care to me, which I now have to have a hip replacement because of her poor care and accusing me of faking it for pain medication. DO NOT GO HERE
