Shailesh J. Shah

We have had three kid go to the practice for the past 17 years. The office has always been very well run and the majority of the staff have been there for the length of that time. Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable and through our interactions it is very clear he is still very active in his continued education in the practice. He is firm on what his experience has taught him. That may be what some people may not like. But I believe he is trying to get to the point and make the messages clear.

He is arrogant, burnt out and rude. The only time he softened was when my child was very sick and we thought he may have a life-threatening diagnosis. It's like it interested him enough for him to "turn it on" for the day. When we were there for a common cold or physical he seemed annoyed by a scared little boy who squirms for otoscopy. Very rough for exams, yelled at my son for touching a door, made him cry and when i picked him up he scolded me for indulging a tantrum. We left the practice.

not a great bedside manner. forgets that patients are people with feelings
