Great doctor!

I would advise anyone seeking help with infertility issues to NOT see Dr. Chauhan. She has extremely poor bedside manner and no empathy for patients. She made assumptions about me and my medical wishes without ever speaking to me about them. Generally she has no consideration for the patient at all. She may be great at ivf procedures (I would not know), but she lacks kindness, the ability to listen, or the desire to be involved with patients care any more than she absolutely has to be. Not the care you need from a fertility specialist.

Worst experience. Spent 2 years just for testing. Dates on ultrasound were entered wrongly. Horrible management. I have to fight with them to get it corrected. Thankfully insurance helped me getting proof to correct it. Be careful. They will take advantage of your insurance.

I went in for my first ultrasound and they didn’t find a heart beat. She comes in and tells me “take it as a blessing means there was something wrong with it”. Who says this to anyone? I wish I could give her negative stars!

My experience with Dr. CHAUHAN was horrible. As soon as she entered the room she offered her negative personal opinion about my wanted to get preganant. She based her opinion on things she did not even discuss with us. I was so disgusted with her behavior as a health care professional. I complained to the administration and I was referred to another Dr. In the same office who is excellent and informative. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Chauhan is wonderful. She is very straight forward and will tell it like it is., she does not want to lead you on. Her entire staff is wonderful, especially her nurse Pauline. Phone calls were also returned promptly, even after hours and on weekends. Early morning monitoring allowed me to get to work on time (starts at 6:30am) and I was always greeted with a smile. Thanks to Dr. Chauhan and her entire team we now are expecting twins.

Dr. Chauhan was professional and courteous. She took time to explain my condition to me and was helpful and supportive along the way. Her staff, especially the two nurses, were EXCEPTIONAL! They called after hours and on the weekends and were very responsive.

Dr. Chauhan doesn't skip around with warm fuzzies but she is clearly extraordinarily bright. I felt very confident in her care and looked to her nurse Pauline for cozy feeling. I have been extremely pleased with my experience with everyone at the office from checkin to bloodwork to ultrasounds. When I had a last-minute issue arose, Pauline got my question straight to the Dr. who was very responsive. I really couldn't ask for more. A++
