Kureishy was my dad, Richard Christman’s doctor. He told my dad not to be alarmed by his worsening symptoms of IPF. For over a week his office did not return my dad’s phone call, in which time we wound up taking my dad to the ER, where he was admitted to PCU. He never left the hospital and died on Oct. 18, 2020 of complications related to his Pulmonary Fibrosis. 5 days later his office called about a prescription refill, still never returning original phone calls. I am very displeased at the patient care and lack of attention my father is receiving since being a patient with Dr. Kureishy. My father had COVID along with pneumonia; his lungs are compromised, and currently on oxygen. We've had to follow up with the office of Dr. Kureishy every single time my father has gone in for an X-ray or scan. His most recent scan was this past Friday, his oxygen levels have been low, and we've tried to call for the results and are sent straight to voicemail. We've left multiple voicemails with no follow-up. Dr. Kureishy is currently not seeing any patients in person, so I do not understand why he and his office aren't better about follow-ups. Fantastic Pulmonologist. He is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manor. As an RN and a patient, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kureishy has been my doctor throughout my sleep apnea journey and I highly recommend him. He is very thorough and always willing to listen to any questions or concerns. His nurses and office support staff are also very professional and considerate of the patient as well. I recommend him to everyone!

I was treated by Dr Kureishy very kindly.He was intelligent and comprehensive in his treatment and took as much time as it took to help me.I will be returning to him if the need should arise.His staff was also nice.

Doctor has no professionalism when asked to speak to a patient and his staff is even worst , especially his office manager who has no sense or smarts about health insurance. Do not even make an appointment here unless you want to be treated rudely

Impossible to make an appointment. I've jumped thru hoops to try to get just 1 appointment, faxed all kinds of paperwork and the people answering the phones have no answers and are absolutely no help, only more demands I've already fulfilled. Now they're telling me call back later I can't help you.

Upon checking in and giving them my Medicare & supplemental cards, I was informed I was out of network, and went home without being seen. Being new to Medicare (5 days), I went home and researched and realized they were wrong. I called, told them the situation, & was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back and informed them that with Medicare I am not out of network. I was called a liar, saying I didn’t give them my Medicare card, which I did. She said it didn’t look like a Medicare Card? I gave her my Medicare # and was told it wasn’t valid. After getting so frustrated, I questioned her customer service ability and was hung up on. I called back and made an appointment because I have sleep apnea. They called me back 5 minutes later and told me my appointment was cancelled and would not see me. My doctor had forwarded my medical history. I can’t believe this practice refuses to see a patient who has sleep apnea with a history of a heart attack. I had a very poor experience here today. My appointment was at 10:15 am. After waiting for almost 25 mins they told me the dr asked them to inform me that they can't see me for another 45 mins to 1hour. Upon which i asked them to reschedule me as i had another appointment at noon in frisco. The staff was not cooperative or friendly at all while rescheduling me and def not apologetic for making patients wait a ridiculous amount of time. Instead they warned n told me that even my next appt id have to wait for over an hour or more. I dont understand how the scheduling works..but a wait of hour or more seems ridiculous n points to a very inefficient scheduling system. The staff has become more arrogant and unaccomodative almost cocky if i may...as if they are doing us a favor by taking us in...with no effort to win over or regain my business...i had an extremely poor customer service experience. I am definitely not going back there. Looks like another practice falling prey to chuck customer service , we just wanna make more money type of medical practice pattern.... think twice before wasting your time here. Can’t understand staff strong accents they are very condensing to their elderly patients

Love the staff. Dr Kureishy is a very good doctor. Very polite and respectful . Would recommend this practice to friends and family.

I have only been seeing Dr Kureishy for a short time, but he has made such a significant difference in my health. He listens, is respectful and I feel the overall comprehensive care is exceptional.

The staff of this office have not been introduced to the concept of customer service or customer care. My primary physician sent a referral to them and told me I should hear from them. After not hearing for a whole week, i called them. The lady I spoke with, which I could barely understand, was rude to say the least. She told me that they got the referral but THEIR system could not open it. They did not bother calling my primary care physician to fix the problem. I asked her to make an appointment for me and call my primary care physician. She refused to do either, AND was very short. May be they have too much business, but they will not have mine. I hope the doctor reads this so he can fix his staff issue before they destroy his practice.

My daughter was referred to Dr Kureishy. Appointment availability was with in week or so. Nice area and office was nice. We were greeted when I went to sign her in. Only waited a minute or two before being called back. As usual a nurse comes in, then says doctor will be right with you. While waiting, I could hear Dr Kureishy's voice from other rooms. He seemed calm, polite and professional. When Dr Kureishy came in to see my daughter, he walked in hand extended to shake ours and looked at each one of us. There's so many doctors that forget manners when meeting new people, even patients. Dr Kueishy looked at her chart, then ask what she is here for. Then explained alittle about what to expect. Dr is very personable and friendly. Made us feel welcomed and very professional! The staff is really cool also!, Thank you Dr Kureishy & office for treated mentally disabled daughter w/respect and kindness people deserve!! Fantastic doctor with great bedside manners. The staff were very accommodating and caring. The wait was only 5 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Kureishy, he took his time to listen to my concerns and set my mind at ease.
