I have been with Shay since 2007. He is my family's doctor and my children love him - my six year old recently told me without any form of prompting - "I like our doctor, he is one of my favorite friends." I have referred all of my friends and family members to Shay as they moved to town or needed to change doctors. Shay is an absolutely incredible doctor. He TRULY listens - in a way that few people do, and certainly very few doctors do. He takes the time needed to hear what is going on - and sometimes the solution is an herbal tincture, sometimes it is a referral, and sometimes it is a "prescription" to do something that you really need to do but somehow couldn't. Shay is very holistic in his technique - which I appreciate. For the common cold or flu, he will send me away with Elderberry syrup and some other tincture that helps ease the symptoms while making the recovery faster - times when doctors in the past had told me simply to drink lots of water and rest. Dr Shay has always provided top-notch care to my entire family, making time for our urgent care needs, listening to our health care priorities, and teaching us patiently whenever necessary. Dr. Shay is like the house call doctor or yesteryear, extremely knowledgeable and kind, friendly and available. My family has grown healthier with his help for over 6 years and he’s never let us down. Some of my most memorable experiences with him have been when he created an herbal ear drop remedy for my swimmer ear and when he promptly followed up on a photo I texted him of a rash while we were in another state on a road trip. Shay has been my PCP for several years. I can count on him to give me an informed opinion when I have a medical question, and to be active and encouraging or my preventative and wellness related needs.

Dr. Hosseinion has been my doctor for a number of years now. I appreciate that he shares my test results with me so I can see exactly what is happening in my body. He schedules time to listen and is open to my concerns and addresses these in my treatment plan. This is rare these days with practitioners. I highly recommend him.

Good doctor and knowledgeable. very understanding. However, their financial system is not accurate or maybe his assistance is not accurate and they charged me for an amount which wasn't required and I went through a lengthy process to get the refund and they asked me to made all the calls with payment offices to make this happen. The assistant didn't even call me or call their payment center to make this happen.

Overall I am very pleased with Dr. Hosseinion. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He spends more than enough time with his patients, and does his own appointment scheduling and billing. I highly recommend him! He makes seeing the doctor a personal, comfortable experience.
