Dr. Rustamova is a great person and professional but her staff is very rude.

I normally do not write reviews, but Dr. Rustamova is well worthy of recognition. I've had some issues & concerns that have been bothering me for some time that my other obgyn was unable to give professional answers. Dr. Rustamova answered all my questions with extreme professionalism in her office before the exam & than after the exam we met and discussed the results. Dr. Rustamova is the best doctor that I know. I've been her patient since 2013. She is very knowledgeable, warm and provides precise diagnosis. She is always welcoming, pleasant and has calming effect on me. I usually experience white-coat syndrome when I go to Dr's office. Furthermore, Dr. Rustamova approaches patients holistically. I get much advice from her regarding essential vitamin supplementation and healing my inner piece. The staff members are very friendly as well including receptionist; Liz, Gina, MA; Tatiana and Ultrasound technician Vera. This office provides Laser hair removal services with a good deal as well. I usually take care of both medical issue and laser hair removal at the same day whenever I visit the office. Office is also conveniently located in Midtown west. Love the staff and office

Highly recommend Dr. Rustamova I have been seeing her for about three years now and I love her and her practice of knowledgable staff as well. DR. Rustamova is straight forward and I like that about her she tells the truth her pelvic exam is smooth and painless she gave me a full year of birth control which I can appreciate being that my other Gyn's would make me come in for an appointment. She is very smart kind and gives great advise, she also has Ultrasound on site which is super convenient being that when I came in I had some pain. Such a great experience, she is very understanding, straight-forward, and helpful. So glad she is my doctor!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my 28 years with a doctor. Very unprofessional and misdiagnosed me a severe disease. I strongly encourage you not to go to Dr. Rustamova for OBGYN. Such a comforting, wonderful environment. Dr.Shahnoz and her entire staff are wonderful, calm, and extremely educated people who know all the right answers and make a very uncomfortable experience manageable. I interacted with Tatiana and Vera and they were the nicest people ever! HIGHLY recommend using this practice... 100/100!!!!

Dr. Rustamova and Np Deb Cureton can not be nicer! They make me feel comfortable and always have my best interest. Highly recommend!

Not good. Scares you and runs unneeded tests. Saw other reviews saying as much but only after our visit! Wish I'd read review before making appointment!

Don't waste your time and money here!!!! After spend A LOT of money ALL the girls they are always rude and never smile! They should learn something about hospitality business! It's full of Centers out of there choose an other one! NO RECOMMENDED

I've gone to Dr. Rustamova for medical for 6 years. She's wonderful and attentivez My first appointment she said "I'm always running behind because I take my time with everyone" So that being said busy New Yorkers, book the first appointment of the day or the first after lunch.

Dear Lani, I would like to address 2 issues that have arose at Central Park Cosmetics. 1- On March 26th Andrew had an appointment which he took the train in from Stamford CT. and took a cab to you. Upon his arrival he was told to take a seat. After 45 minutes of waiting, he inquired when he might be seen. He was told that there was an one to two hour delay. He had to leave as he had another important appointment to make. At that time he paid the tax on the 6 session series. 2- Today, April 17th Andrew once again, took the train in from Stamford and a cab to Central Park Cosmetics and was told upon his arrival that he would be seen. On the phone you accused Andrew of a litany of wrong doings, none of which being true, and then you abruptly proceeded to hang up without allowing for any explanation from my son. Apparently you were in the mountains and did not have the time to talk. The fact is my son, who works a full time finance job, does not have the time to spend a grand total of 4 hours on two occasions to be given horrible service and on top of that not even be seen! Please provide me the email in which you requested to speak to me as I have no such record of anything. Attached is a screenshot of my most recent correspondence with you. In addition, the day before each appointment we received a confirmation call, and to our bewilderment when Andrew came in today he was refused to be seen. I have record of the confirmation call. When I returned to NYC on Sunday afternoon (after he was refused) there was a message from you on my machine, but I was not in NYC to receive it. I don't think that you and I know I would not like to be treated in this manner after paying for a service. Andrew has been a loyal client for a few years. Isn't good business built on loyal clients? Don't businesses want to treat their loyal clients well, don't people want to treat people well? It is all beyond me. Dr. Shahnoz is constantly direct and frank by her nature and productive while thinking about and listening to all issues that may emerge.
