Best doctor! She’s very friendly and knowledgeable! Love her! Staff is great!

She ALWAYS takes care of my children and is very thorough! We’ve been going to her for more than 10 years

Dr. Kaukab has been caring for our kids for the past two years. She is deeply invested in patient well being and works tirelessly to find solutions to whatever issue or illness arises.

This "doctor" said no to a referral for my son to see a dermatologist because acne is natural for his age, and I agree for his age it is. Although having excellent and using her words the worst form of eczema she has seen requesting to see a dermatologist a specialist in skincare so that he can learn how to properly take care of his and not cause breakouts is not unreasonable it should actually be encouraged that the child is wanting to learn how to take care of his skin not just apply all of these steroids that she keeps prescribing him he will not be back to see this doctor

Highly recommend based on first visit. Office staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Kaukab is very knowledgeable and addressed all concerns we had with much explaining and clarification. Office was very clean. Day and night difference from previous experiences with other doctors offices!

If I could I would leave no stars this is the worst doctor and nurses I’ve ever had to deal with they couldn’t do simple tasks like my sons vision or hearing tests would tell me I would have an appointment every three months but put in her folder for sooner and never tell me just looked at my son and said he had adhd put him on a medication not even for adhd kept telling me to read a book and to give him turmeric cause they use it in French cuisines and the staff is incapable of putting my sons information in his folder along with his proper insurance this office is a mess and shouldn’t even be allowed to stay open if you want proper care for your children and them to be safe this is not the office they are also going through here and deleting previous reviews cause she just had 2 stars If I could I would leave no stars this is the worst doctor and nurses I’ve ever had to deal with they couldn’t do simple tasks like my sons vision or hearing tests would tell me I would have an appointment every three months but put in her … More

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE she harrassed me for YEARS. CONSTANTLY. Every 3 months was a complete struggle to even go see her on the fact she was SEVERELY breaking MILLIONS OF LAWS. She told my mother to take me to a therapist and then when she did not. 3 TIMES IN A ROW. she did not contact child protection services at all even though it was clear I was obviously getting abused. She diagnosed me with depression when I do not have it (I have had testing, I do not have it) and anxiety when in a full fact it was PTSD FROM THE ABUSE I WAS GETTING AT HOME (I am fully diagnosed now and it was very clear it had been going on for a while) . She not only refused to change my adhd medication when I was 18 YEARS OLD. A LITERAL ADULT. Whenever she would change it, it would be some disturbing mind altering medication that I obviously could not continue to take. She proceeded to accuse me at 15 YEARS OLD that I was taking pcp, also known as angel dust among other names, is a drug used for its mind-altering effects. Weed, you know what that is. And even COCAINE. But instead of alerting authorities or child protection agencies she decided to tell my mother. Which you cant do on the fact of the childs safety from the abusive nature that some parents unfortunately have. Shes even said that I was selling my medication to my mother. WHEN I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL. It only completely stopped when I threatened to get the entire business she works under shut down. Do NOT TRUST THIS LADY. she will 100% lie about your childs health, well being and even broken bones. I have severe health problems now because of her, I was 60 pounds at 5th grade and she said it was "normal". I was stabbing other child for food at lunch, I dont think that's normal at all. Everyone was very Professional and took great care of my grandson and I love the way Doctor Shahla interact with him and had patience it was our first time there I can't see him going anywhere else thanks for having us.

Love this office, doctor and the staff. They have been so helpful to me as a first time mom. They talk to me every time I call I don’t have to wait for someone to call me back which I love. Amazing.

I have never had a problem with this office have been taking my kids there for a couple of years and they love it there. I don’t know how accurate the of reviews are from the other person about the nurse I don’t see anyone there doing that. The nurse there is so sweet she has always helped me whenever I need anything for my kids. The Dr takes time to to sit and talk and explain everything so there is a wait sometimes but I rather wait then the dr pop in and then out like the pervious dr would do. Love Dr Kaukab and the whole staff!! My children have been seeing her for 16 years.

Back when she was my pediatrician she openly mocked me, called me a chicken for not wanting to get my blood drawn. She proceeded to not apply a proper tourniquet and dug in my wrist to try and pull my vein up. It remained bruised and sore for days. My mother told her to stop and we left. I wouldn't send any child to her.

This Dr is a quack, beware of what she says about your children

Scam artist. Spent years being told my boys needed things they didn’t. Constantly tries to book appointments and write unnecessary prescriptions. Fraud.

She sucks at doctor to patient communication long wait times unorganized and they always have scheduling issues its crazy to think that people go to her and trust her when she doesn't have time to explain or even have a conversation about your childs health. Good service

Dr. Kaukab is the most personable doctor I have ever known. She is also thorough in explanations and sees urgent cases same day.

Wonderful staff and Doctor! My son loves Dr. Kaukab. She has a great way of making children feel comfortable. We are very thankful for her and her staff!!

Dr. Shahla Kaukab is just simply amazing! My son Brayden has been seeing her for years, and she can tell what is wrong before I can even tell her. She is very thorough, friendly, great bedside manners, and a fantastic Dr. She has definitely done her homework and knows what she is doing. I wish she would see adult patients, I would go to her if I could, but at least my son can see her til his 22nd birthday. And he will!!! I have never had to wait long at all, and she makes sure that her staff is on the ball, and does not put up with nonsense. I normally don't write reviews, but she really deserves it. I love this place! She’s the best dr my kids ever had i must admit I was a little skeptical at first but she knows everything and understands everything she listens and explains things in very detailed so you can understand what ever is going on with your child! I am amazed at how she can look at your child and tell you automatically what’s wrong with them! She definitely did her work and works hard around the clock to take care of children and she never gives up! The only downfall is the wait I hate the wait but it’s becuz she takes her time with each patients and makes sure everything is complete! Great job dr Kaukab! We love you! Keep up the hard work!!!! I previously posted a review where I was unsatisfied with my experience with this doctor. I have since returned and I have to say that my first experience was not the norm. I have seen her two times since and she has been amazing with my kids. I think that she was initially unaware that my daughter was autistic since it was our first visit. She is one of the most thorough doctors we have been to and she really takes the time to make sure that we understand her diagnosis and suggested treatments.
