Root canals are no fun but the Dr E.and chairside assistants were very kind and caring.

Dr. Etamadi is very caring and very professional on my endodontic care. No one likes those buzzing sounds in the dental offices or even the thought of having a root canal but he made it so bearable and in my case pain-free almost.

Had a root canal performed by Dr. Etemadi. It was the best experience I have ever had for any dental procedure. No pain during or after. I would highly recommend his services if you need some dental procedure.

Dr. Shahin is very gentle, he took his time to explain the Root Canal treatment to me and my son Oleksandr and was always asking if he’s feeling okay throughout the procedure. He was making sure my son felt comfortable. He is very professional and kind. I can’t recommend or thank him enough!!! I can’t stop talking about the experience to our friends and family. We also got a gift bag before leaving the office. Best dental experience of all time. Spasibo!!

I've had a lot of dental work over the last 5 years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Dr Chen was so considerate of my comfort from the Novocain injection to providing blankets and a hot towel for my face at the end. She and her assistant checked in with me every step of the way and made sure I stayed relaxed. The office staff was also very kind and helpful. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. From the time I walked in to the time I left, every staff member was so kind, made eye contact, and was commutative. The Dr. was so sweet and made sure that my pain was so minimal and went above and beyond to ask if I was okay, and told me what a good job I was doing =) They gave me a blanket to keep me warm. A gift bag when I left including water and Chapstick and the Docs personal cell phone number. The called the following day to make sure I was okay. I chose to see Dr. Etemadi for a root canal because of all of the wonderful reviews and I am so glad I did. I have severe anxiety about dental work and years ago I had a bad experience with a root canal so I was extremely nervous going in. Dr. Etemadi was so understanding though. He explained everything he would do and was very reassuring that it would be quick and painless. He and his assistant reassured and cheered me on through the whole process. They were both so kind. From start to finish, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lakeside Endodontics. It started with friendly and ever so helpful Lisa and Sam at the front desk, AKA, the Dynamic Duo. I was in need of an emergency root canal, ummm I think all root canals must be an emergency but I know family members that have had to wait weeks to see a doc for a root canal. Lisa and Sam worked some magic and got me in for an exam in 45 minutes! After the exam they were able to set up the root canal the next day. Their efficiency was flawless but what was equally as wonderful was their delightful personalities and kindness. What a treat to have such a delightful front desk experience. It is the first and the last thing you experience when going to the doctors….and we all have had that poor experience that regardless of the doctor’s care, you never want to go back. The root canal procedure was beyond great! I have never said going to the Denist is fun, but strangely that is exactly what this was! I had ZERO pain, the procedure was the same amount of time has having a tooth cavity filled, and the incredible skilled precision of Dr Chen and her super competent assistant, Lali, was like experiencing a well orchestrated ballet! I was actually enjoying having a root canal! I also appreciated the fact that Dr Chen spoke to me during the procedure, explaining the different sounds I would be hearing and how they correlated to what she was doing at that time, checking to see if having any pain and how to relax my jaw to make the procedure go so effortlessly. Having Dr Chen and her incredible staff take such great care of me was such a gift and I cannot thank them enough! I have seen Dr. Etemadi many times (4) over the last 9 years. He is kind, caring, humble, and has a lot of empathy and makes the experience of a root canal (while not desirable) comfortable. During the appointment he makes sure I am comfortable discusses my concerns, issues and worries. Before he starts he makes sure my tooth is fully numb as my teeth have very long and oddly formed roots. I get laughing gas and a warm blanket with jokes, and to finish it off a hot lavender cloth for my face and a goody bag. After every appointment he checks in on me personally (via phone) within 24 hours of the treatment and makes sure I have what I need (medically). The staff is great at explaining your benefits and the portion of your responsibility (co-pay, deductibles, or co-insurance) I have even had them help me problem solve payment options (when my insurance was out of network). Dr. Stephanie Chen is AMAZING! I called for an emergency root canal and they were able to see me quickly. Procedure was painless and my options were clearly explained. Dr. Chen was very proficient and skilled. Highly recommend.

I'm always nervous going to the dentist and needed a retreatment on a 28 year old root canal from when I was a child. The initial treatment was due to trauma and I have babied that tooth ever since. Its one of my top middle front teeth and upon initial exam I was told it could possibly be cracked and may potentially have to be pulled and either replaced with an implant or bridge. My anxiety and stress was through the roof when I arrived for my appointment today. Dr Entemadi and his team were amazing through it all. He had told me I should never feel any pain or discomfort and nitrous was offered as well to help with my nerves. For all my worries and fears, it was the best possible experience I could have had. His chairside manner is very calming and assuring and I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience. It exceeded anything I could have hoped considering the fears I had. Even though his office is outside my dental insurance network I will continue to come here if referred out from my regular dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Entemadi's office. I had just moved out to Washington from the east coast and this was BEST dental experience I have ever had. The office was clean, every receptionist and assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and the Doctor made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I have never had any Doctor or office make me feel as comfortable as they did. From a gentle hand on my shoulder as the doctor administered the numbing medication, to the neck pillow and soothing music, Dr. Etemadi makes the procedure non threatening and Inso appreciate his care and that of his staff.
