Dr. Master is excellent at her profession. I never feel rushed; she goes over everything with clarity. She is very kind and understanding. Her staff at Windsor has improved a lot over the handful of years I’ve been going there. I’ve only struggled a couple of times with getting proper timely responses over the phone regarding referrals. My visit was fine. The care was good.

Dr. Master and her entire office have consistently been on time, thorough, and willing to listen. It's why I will continue to visit Dr. Master even while I've moved further away from her office.

I have been going to Dr. Master for a number of years and I always find her a professional, understanding, and knowlegable person. I will continue to have her as my primary physician for as long as I can.

Dr. Master, is a very knowledgeable and caring Physician. I have been with her for 21 years! She has guided me throughout some very difficult times. The Best.

Very clean and safe office, fairly fast service, very helpful and quick MRI with a minimum of hassle. Much better than the Main Hospital in Hartford.

Very knowledgeable, takes the time to really listen to you, remembers things you've told her even when you haven't seen her for months or more.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Shahena Master. I appreciate her experience and thorough skills at best. Also, I like her sense of humor :) But seriously, I have recommended Dr. Master to others. Good work. JMA

The office is poorly managed at best. You can pay your bill and they will still submit it to collections leaving you to deal with a poorly communicating collections department.

Contradictory information from what other physicians recommended and also contradictory to some controlled studies. Recommendations led me to feeling worse. Also will only address 3 issues per visit even if they are three bloodwork results. I consider primary care comprehensive care but this was not.

I had nothing but bad experiences with Dr. Master. I have a medical condition in which I experience pain and anxiety and, for over a year, she did nothing to help me. When she finally prescribed a medication, it didn't help. She prescribed another medication and that didn't help either. Both these prescriptions caused me physical problems that I didn't have prior to taking them. I finally asked her if she would prescribe a benzodiazepine to relieve my pain and anxiety and Dr. Master gave me a song and dance about concerns doctors have prescribing these types of medications, even though doctors do prescribe them for patients with pain and anxiety. I'm a senior citizen. I'm not a drug addict. I have severe pain and I needed relief. Dr. Master refused to help me and told me she didn't want to be my doctor any longer. She is overly concerned about her license to the point that patient care comes second. I had nothing but bad experiences with Dr. Master. Dr. Master is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Always putting her patients first, she once gave me a flu shot allocated for herself! Thank you Dr. Master for years of service, you rock!

We have been seeing Dr. Masters for about 6 months now. Only good things to say. Very thorough. Very experienced. Would recommend to anyone. She has been able to see me on short notice. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with my disability.

From the time you walk in her staff is friendly, the office is clean, and you are treated with respect. In December 2014 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Dr. Master was honest with me and pointed me in the right direction to get my blood sugar lowered. I was referred to Manchester hospital diabetes classes. Thanks to Dr. Master I left her practice with a 6.0 Ac1 and maintain on diet and exercise only. Thank You Dr. Master! I'm Grateful for your care!

I love Dr. Master. She's very thorough. She's not the type of Dr who brushes you off. She listens to you, gives a clear and honest assessment. She knows her stuff . I'd highly recommend her. Office staff are great :)
