The very first consultation was great after that every visit for the last year, either he laughed at my questions act very arrogant condescending belittle me telling me I nag rude and ignorant about immunotherapy or answered my questions while he was walking out of exam room, dusty hairy exam rooms, three patients booked at the same time rushed in and out of rooms. I figured if he performs my surgeries as he did my last cystoscopy which took 5 seconds he is NOT for me. I wish there was 0 star for me to give him.

After this guy said "I have patients that wet themselves every 15 minutes", I went to UCLA and solved my problem.

The best urologist in Ventura county.

he's helped me through my screening and Turp surgery. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Khoddami is a wonderful and very knowledgeable doctor. He cares about his patients and is a very kind man. Very satisfied with his care for 9 years. Very caring and very smart. The best in my book.

Dr Khoddami was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I had bright red blood In my urine for two days so I was concerns and made and appt. My first appointment he spoke so quickly, made me feel rushed, ordered exams/testing and stated to schedule a follow up in a few weeks to see the results and go from there. I did testing and returned to see him. At first the staff asked me to empty my bladder which I thought was odd as I understood we were only going over results. Then I was told to remove any clothing from the waist down for my procedure. I was so shocked as I was unaware of a procedure. The staff member let me know she would let the doctor know and he would come see me. I then overheard a staff member tell the doctor that I didn’t want to do the procedure which was a lie as I just wanted to understand what procedure they were talking about as I didn’t know my result from CT testing And bloodwork done yet. The doctor then came in and told me that my results were fine other than a separate colon issue, but that he is 99% sure but to be 100% sure he would have to do a cystoscopy, but if I didn’t want to do it he was fine with that and we were done here. He was so rude. I told him I was confused as no one told me about a procedure and I was on my period. He scoldingly stated that he did tell me at the last appointment and that i did not have to do it if i didn’t want to, and that if I changed my mind I could schedule it, but that we were done here. He then Handed me my results on paper, walked out with his staff who takes notes on her computer abruptly. I felt like this doctor did not give a damn about my health or care to listen to anything I had to say. I would never consider going back there or recommending him. I look for a doctor who is knowledgeable and considerate. Unfortunately, he was the only available appt at the time I was experiencing the blood in my urine. Never again will I waste my time. In September 2017 my husband was referred because of a possible bladder tumor. Dr K immediately announced the bladder would need to be removed. This is before he had asked any questions or examined him. He then used a camera to go in and see what was going on. He said the tumor was in the entire bladder and probably in the wall, and he was setting up an appt at a hospital where he would remove the bladder–the following week! We said we had questions. He said it didn't matter, that's what would need to be done. We asked some questions anyway &his tone was condescending, as if we were idiots to ask anything. Then he said, If you're thinking of going to Ojai and using pot forget it. If you don't make this appt now you're going to get worse - and don't call me, I won't be able to help you. There's a lot more but the review space is limited so I will only say thank God we left and found another, amazing doctor, who removed the entire tumor and 3 years later my husband is still cancer free!!

We had a great visit. He is an exceptional Dr, with great attitude. He explains everything in details, has a great bedside manner and is also great at performing the surgery. If I could give him a higher review I would do that. Thanks Dr Khoddami for my dads surgery!

Personally Dr. Khoddami is a very nice person, we liked him a lot Our experience with him was two needless surgeries, 5 trips to the ER in 3 months, at Community Hospital and after 3 years my husband is still in severe pain. The extra "hospital fees" were very costly so every visit was $140 out of our pocket when there should have only been a $40 co-pay. Very disappointed and Sad. I won't even comment on the staff.

Dr Khoddami is a SuperStar!! You need not research any other Dr's - Make your appointment!! He is brilliant, dedicated and combines personal warmth with professional excellence. He takes his time, explains things, and genuinely cares. Diagnosis and Treatment spot on & came in on a Saturday AM ! for a follow up appointment. I cannot say enough good things about him and the entire staff! They exemplify what medical care should be- Thank you Dr and Staff - with much appreciation

As a new client I am disappointed with Dr. Khodammi. I scheduled a new patient appointment and I never received paper work but I knew where he was. I showed up early to do paperwork only to find the office closed! Now I admit I might have gotten the time wrong but I was given a 12:30 pm appointment and if I had received some notification regarding the appointment or a reminder call, I may have been able to adjust my schedule. The sad part is that Dr. Khoddammi is responsible for his staff and their follow through. Doesn't look good. I personally would not recommend Dr. Khoddami or Dr. Takese-Sanchez, same routine different name and day but worse. As a new client I am disappointed with Dr. Khodammi. I am so thankful for Dr. Khoddami and all his staff. everyone was great and friendly. Dr Khoddami was so nice and friendly and very patient. I would recommend him without any hesitation!

Last year Dr. Khoddami informed me that an unknown mass had to be removed from my kidney. He performed the surgery using the DaVinci machine--a miracle of modern technology. Not only was the surgery successful, but I was back home in 2 days! Words cannot adequately express my gratitude to him for his skill--the mass turned out to be a renal carcinoma, but was entirely removed by Dr. Khoddami. I respect him tremendously--and, if you were to have a condition similar to mine, he would definitely be the 'go-to' guy. I'm forever grateful to him. Dr Khoddami was able to see me on a short notice. Super friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long after registration. Great bedside manners and terrific attitude in dealing with my stone pain. I honestly can't say enough about how well my experience is with him both for surgery and post op. I consider myself lucky to have been his patient. The NP and the Dr were amazing, they answered all my questions with patience and explained the situation clear and simple. I would give him 6 stars if I could! I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Khoddami and recommended friends to see him. He's very informative and his office staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

Despite being a registered nurse and having a decent understanding of medial terms and anatomy, Dr. Khoddami treated me like I was unintelligent and asked me questions I found inappropriate, including asking me if I knew where the "pee hole is". He spent the whole five minutes lecturing me about how to prevent urinary tract infections and did not listen at all. He did not allow me time to ask any questions. I was very disappointed in how I was treated and will never return to see Dr. Khoddami.

I went in to get a vasectomy from Dr. Khoddami the whole experience was quick and painless! I was very surprised I thought it was going to be painful because I wasn't put under, but was really nervous though. I researched a few surgery videos before getting the procedure done. I recommend not doing that. Due to my work schedule and college classes I had to reschedule the appointment 3 times the staff was very helpful never had any problems. Would recommend to everyone!

After filling out the new patient questionnaire the nurse came in to verbally request the same information. Then began reviewing, recommending and educating me on kidney stones as if this was my first kidney stone, which was documented on the form and my electronic medical record. The doctor was good, the office staff is lacking in professionalism, timeliness and knowledge. CT Scan schedule in 2 weeks. I spoke with the office manager, I will not return my expectations were not met.

I found Dr. Khoddami to be incredibly sexist and a very poor listener. He insisted on lecturing me on matters I clearly told him I already understood and wasted both our time using the entire visit to re-explain old topics, I felt as if he were addressing a truant high school student and not a patient. While I agreed with what he said his fundamental beliefs on immunity were, and though his biology lesson was correct, however juvenile, I feel his treatment of me was far too disrespectful & wrong
